One of the staff is amazing like her service is always good on the weekends she brings a smile to the store Sarah is a kfc legend No a chicken legend should be crowned the Queen of chickens

I ordered on till. It was very busy . Staff very friendly and helpful. They helped me to choose menu and delivered to table. It was very hot . They helped with cold bottle drink . My family was very happy and grateful to staff and management team who served us very patiently

Took nearly 40 minutes for order to arrive for myself and an friend. If we didn't go up and ask about our orders we probably would have spent the night.

Ordered two buckets of chicken online from this branch, only received one. Tried to call them, nobody is answering the phone. What a messed up customer service. You can have my money that’s not gonna make you a millionaire! You’ve just lost a customer!

Ordered a meal and had to wait 40 minutes and watched people come after and get there food before me, just for them to still have my order wrong. Probably won't be coming back

Very clean place to eat. I went with my kids to eat and found staff very helpful, friendly.They all were very professional and ready to help. 1 of the girl at counter helped my little son to choose.I will definitely recommend people for KFC bexleyheath.

Customer service was extremely slow! They messed up my drink. There was ants crawling on the till and the seating area was a mess: chicken and sauce on the floor, tables hadn’t been wiped not until we mentioned it and staff seemed very abrupt.

I visit first time this branch. Normally I prefer Erith to go . But the team who working there amazed me with the passion they had. Very good quality food and all staff was cherful . Enjoyed my food and definitely recommend to visit with family. Clean and tidy place.
