Maya's Craft Bakery in Bexley

I eatvhere every fortnight or so and it is a good cafe which seems to have built up a loyal base of customers. The owner is very friendly and accomodating and ofcourse the food is great 👍

We went here because of the excellent reviews and photos of lovely cakes and bread, however, be aware this business is not a bakery and there are no bread or cakes made here. This is perhaps a previous owner as a lot of the photos are 3 years old. So it shows how Google reviews can be misleading. That being said, we had the English breakfast, which was good, and a breakfast muffin with avocado, hollandaise sauce and poached eggs, the eggs were slightly undercooked and the muffin and sauce was quite cold, which was a shame, also had the chunky chips which were very good. Staff were friendly, but there was a strong smell of South Asian cooking overpowering the cafe. So not a bakery with lovely cakes and bread but a reasonable cafe. Sells alcohol but is only open during the daytime.

The breakfast here is amazing fresh great ingredients tastes beautiful more than 5*. I went there for the new evening menu the food is out of this world please please visit and try Sri Lankans food👍. Went back today 12/2/22 had the stir fried rice chicken/king prawn it was absolutely gorgeous my misses had the lamb chops also amazing. Everyone should go to eat hear

Nice place which we visited for breakfast.It was very pleasant and the food was good and well cooked. Their coffee is very good too, not the awful bitter stuff you find elsewhere.On my list of places for a breakfast / coffee / snack / afternoon tea if I'm in town.

Went this morning with my wife for breakfast. I had the vegetarian breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it and I discovered I actually like avocado ! My wife had the poached eggs on muffin with hollandaise sauce which she enjoyed very much. Lovely surroundings and great service. We will definitely be going back

Not my first time in this bakery. Very delicious and filling breakfast! The staff is so polite and look after you. Recommend!!

We weren't going to go in as we wasn't sure what type of food they did because there was no menu displayed on the window/outside anywhere. However, really glad we did. Friendly staff, very nicely cooked food and decent surroundings. Recommended and we will certainly visit again.

I love this place and l always come back. Foods and drinks are so delicious. The staffs are friendly and so helpful. It’s a very clean and the toilet is on point. They serve very healthy and high quality foods. I love their coffee and the ice coffee is so yum. It is very easy to locate and they serve English breakfast all day. You can call for booking and also they do take away.

I had the craft breakfast which was absolutely delicious! Staff are friendly and welcoming. My toddler enjoyed his jam on toast and actually sat nicely for once, haha. Will return :)
