McDonald's in Bexley

Not good.Customer in front of me returned fries due to being cold,manageress replaced his fries & had returned fries put back in fresh fries!!!! Who knows how many times he had touched them to confirm they were cold!!!!!

Dear god where do I start.. it’s just hell in there. Honestly it used to be alright maybe a year or so ago but god knows what’s happened to the location now. It’s absolutely hell in there. Kids screaming with their phones on blast, parents yelling, security not letting people in. It’s honestly stressful just being in there. The food isn’t even good. Last time we went to McDonald’s they didn’t even put the burger inside the bun..

Everytime we order they take half an hour to "wrap up". The delivery driver sits outside for half hour and ends up leaving without picking up our order. Why does it take so long to make two big Mac meals? Don't bother. Worst McDonald's ive ever experienced

Came here with a friend during the day, the service was okay but surprisingly poor.The strawberry milkshake I ordered tasted very salty and the staff didn't seem very motivated.

Terrible, long waiting times, food is always cold especially when delivered.Always have problems with delivery orders with both Uber Eats and Just Eat (missing items, 2.5 hour waiting tomes, cold food) .Never again.

Most impressive McDonald's ever. Run like a real kitchen you can hear them communicating across all areas of the kitchen. Came fresh and hot, wonderful.

I was sitting in the restaurant because it was busy and queue, I asked one of the lady (black lady) clearing the table to help me get a coffee from the counter because I was on Crutches she replied me straight that she is so busy what a poor customer service but later I asked the security which he did. Time was 14:34 today . I think the lady need to be speak to and Re-trained on customer service role.

The service was quick and the restaurant was nice and clean. Food and drink both hot and fresh. The food was good and McDonald's coffee is very good indeed and better than Wetherspoons and nearly all coffee shops by a mile.

Nothing wrong with the food but it's a madhouse inside.Security guard is chasing people all over the restaurant shouting at them to get out for one reason or another.School kids descending on the place like rabid pigeons.Not exactly a relaxing environment or enjoyable one to eat in.Maybe best to get the food to go.

Very poor and slow service. 15 minutes wait for 3 cheese fingers... They should rename the place slow food restaurant. Staff disoriented and disorganised. No sause in stock. Two stars just because food was good in the end.
