Nando's in Bexley

I was met with a nice smile by Daniel, my order was complete and not either wrong or with missing items as previous services I had experienced. Overall great service! 👍🏾

Nando's is a South African multinational fast food chain that specialises in flame-grilled peri-peri style chicken. Tasty 😋

From the moment we stepped inside and met Daniel, it was nothing but pure great customer services. We then met Nic, who was fantastic with her service, mannerisms and politeness so great I asked who her manager was and to my surprise, she was the manager! we then met Jack, who has a great sense of humour! And Sandra and then we met 2 other members of staff - the two ladies (the names have slipped my mind - sorry ladies) who helped make my sons 9th birthday so special - they went above and beyond as my son had spent his actual birthday in hospital the day before. The service was speedy, the food was lovely. The booth was great. We are not local residents and were in the area for a short stay. We just wanted to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to all who made that Nando's experience such a great one. It is a memory to cherish. If you are still reading this review, I encourage you to visit this Nando's - We would definitely visit again. THANKS AGAIN TO YOU ALL.

Staff were polite and helpful. It was a walk in so had to wait a little while before being seated as it was a busy Sunday. This Nandos seemed clean and all service stations were replenished well. We used the QR system to order and pay as is the standard post COVID. All in all a decent Nandos.

Was served by a lovely man called Ed. very polite and helpful , and constantly smiling, always given a booth seating area when asked if any available, asked to not be sat by the window because of getting cold so was going out of his way the whole time to keep the door closed despite it constantly getting blown open by the wind. Said next time we’re there to ask for him so he can give us a booth :)

Great and well spiced chicken as always. The potatoes are fried just right with nice quantity of pepper and salt sprinkles.

Amazing customer service, the staff could not have been more helpful. The food was delicious. Really enjoyed my visit to this Nandos

Excellent customer service great food can't fault anything. Thank you management and staff.

Good customer service experience. Staff were polite and ready to help.

One of the best customer service you will receive from a Nando’s store. I went out for a meal on Tuesday evening with family and friends. The staff were welcoming and the food was cooked perfectly. I won’t be going to any other Nando’s store other than the Bexleyheath site, if only there were 10 stars I’d be choosing that.
