Nando's - Crayford in Bexley

It looks like, you have to go nandos crayford with plates from home, the standard of their plates is absolutely disgusting. We asked for the plates to be changed twice but no different to the one given before and the stains on the plates was like it has not been cleaned from when it was last used.

Went here for lunch with my daughter. A really relaxing atmosphere and lovely, hot tasty food! A warm welcome and friendly staff! I would definitely return in a heartbeat!

Terrible again . I did try give them another chance. One of the dishes had not been cooked . Came out cold . I told them to re do it and they didn’t look happy . So they sent it back burnt to me . Oh dear . Idiots . Chicken was warm - cold . No effort .

Full platter really fulfilled and tasty for couple.I had to change the menu after ordered..Cashier Becca tried to help…The manager solved this issue and made us happy.She is very friendly manners…Excellent service

First time to this Nandos. Impressive once inside, service was friendly and quick. Only downside was cleanliness of the booth we had. Lots of leftovers from the previous diners. Looked like someone came to clean the table and just pushed all the debris off the table onto the seats. Food was standard Nandos fare, and received very quickly.

The experience was just exciting although we delayed to get a table probably it was that we were 4. The food was quite ok. The location is great and parking is free.

Disappointed is the word for dinner last night regrettably.The delivery service was down so it had to be collected, and also they were out of chicken wings. Everyone in the party wanted wings so there were long faces all round.Other than that the meals were decent but nowhere near as good an experience as the Eltham Nando's.

First time dining in this restaurant, third time eating in Nandos since the reopening of restaurants after the lockdown. Better food, taste good, fries nicely done. Polite and friendly staff compared to the one in Hempstead Valley. They got my order slightly wrong but both staff that dealt with the matter were ace, correct it without hiccup. Customer service was on top quality. Facilities clean. The only reason for not giving a five star, I had to change the kids glass as it had a bit of grime on it, but that was sorted without any issues. I'd trave from Chatham to eat there again. 👍🏾

My food arrived 30 minutes before my friends, the cutlery was dirty and the Coke Zero was flat.And the starters arrived after the mains?I love Nando’s and I appreciate you’re short on staff but this was poor.

Had a lovely meal, the food and drinks arrived quickly after ordering. Most of the staff couldn't do enough to help you and make you feel welcome, especially Melissa, she is a real asset to the team. Melissa met us at the door and was so bubbly and inviting that I've had to mention her. So great there are healthier alternatives to the menu like the corn on the cob, and the new tenderstem broccoli as sides. Really great meal, and will be returning again soon. Keep up the great work guys x
