New Ming in Bexley

I've been using this restaurants service for many years, but it's fair to say that its inconsistencies still continue.I usually have the food delivered & the meals are rarely what i order. This occasion was no exception. I ordered three dishes.This time was a particular disappointment.I ordered mince pork & minced chicken "wrapped in lettiuce". I asked not to include baby sweet corn or bean shoots. The presentation was not as described. It arrived simply roughly chopped accompanied with half an iceberg lettuce in a separate bag!It was loaded with baby sweet corn & bean shoots. The next dish was Char Sui.This was accompanied with too much barbeque sauce, which could easily have come from a jar. The pork was of average quality. The third dish was beef fried noodles.I asked for the noodles to be crispy on the outside, but was all a stodgy mush with mushrooms that were discoloured & not even Chinese straw mushrooms.These mushrooms were obviously sourced from a local supermarket & near their consumption date, & of course, even more baby sweet corn & bean shoots!Living in the borough of Bexley all my life I'm still to find a repitable Chinese restaurant of the highest quality.I'm astonished to say that I have not found a Chinese restaurant in the London borough of bexley that sells crispy pork, Choi sum & straw mushrooms. It's such a shame, but the nearest authentic Chinese food is in London's Chinatown. They can do it, so why can't the other Chinese restaurants do it too?

Food was amazing and reasonably priced I tried so mutch and enjoyed it all can't wait to go again👍

Very pushy waitress food not great and cold in there. However we went on valentine's evening and had a totally different experience. Wouldn't recommend this place

Mixed reviews on this place, but we had a great experience. All the food was spot on, tried the mongolian lamb, and the thai pineapple rice and they were both lovely. Everything else we ordered was got and fresh and tasted great. Service with a smile, very happy customers

Some of the food was good but I was disappointed with other dishes. This was the first time I have eaten here. Service was OK.

The chicken and black bean hardly had any sauce and wasn’t strong in flavour at all. Tasted really watered down. The vegetable Panang curry was basically just large pieces of slice carrot and broccoli, alright flavour but again didn’t have much sauce. Might as well just get an m&s Chinese as it’s better and half the price

Uber order only- Ordered Via Uber eats, spent multiple calls confirming my order as they do not have active tracking for delivery as it was done in house. TWO and a Half hours later After many conversations about food being ready 1.5 hours earlier that the order was recalled as Uber Support cancelling the order due to the restaurant not responding to their enquiries. Staff made up updates to keep me waiting and Offered free Coke. In the end nothing turned up with only a apology after a final call. (After they recalled the food during delivery which was over 1.5 old after being cooked in the restaurant) I would suggest never order with them through Uber Eats as their systems and willingness to be open failed.

i Ordered one chicken black bean sauce and one Thai lemon grass chicken. The Chicken taste like it had been left in the fridge for 3weeks+, I couldn't eat it after having one bite and threw it in the bin..waste of my money, it is one of the worst take away i have ever tried, im never going back there again! im Not sure why i see 4 and 5 star review. If i could give it 0 stars i would. Not sure how anyone can eat that kind of smelly chicken, they put lot of meat in the box, now i can see why lol. it's bad meat that's gone off, not even my dog will eat it 🤢 so they have to get rid of it fast.
