Fantastic pub, great friendly staff and lovely atmosphere! Great offering of drinks and the food is fab! They have a lovely ski chalet style covered rooftop bar which I highly recommend. Also recommend the quiz night which is super fun!!

Went there today for my birthday. Had the 2 course lunch with a glass of wine for £15. This is a really good deal! The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. There's live music on Fridays and Saturdays which is superb. Lovely decor and ambience, would highly recommend!

This pub has undergone a referb since I last visited and it's nice. Staff were friendly and the food was excellent quality. It's not cheap though so don't expect a budget meal. I didn’t expect a 10% service charge to be automatically added on either. This is a pub after all, albeit with a restaurant area.

Have just had one of the most amazing meals I have had for a long time! The Valentines menu was like something I’d expect from a Michelin star restaurant! Oysters to start with a complimentary glass of wine! Then seared scallops with pinchers , and the absolute show stopper ! Rump of lamb! Don’t get me started with the Desserts! The most amazing cheesecake! And the icing on the cake , Hot chocolate donuts with icecream! 10/10 🙏🏻👏🏼

The roast is served as sharing platter there was 13 of us it was a shambles food was served between two tables and had to be passed back and forth there was only enough for one potatoe each small amout of veg and some had one slice of meat some two not a proper dinner and it was not hot would not return nor would I recommed. Staff were pleasant.

We came for lunch today and we loved it. The food quality is really high and the portions are quite generous. The lunch deal is absolutely convenient with starter and main at £14 (and as said are not small portions). The staff is friendly and very kind, very nice atmosphere :)

Fantastic pub!! ( the best in the area in my opinion) . Managed to get a table for lunch last minute, on bank holiday Monday.We ordered southern fried chicken, bangers and mash and a kids pasta. The chicken burger was lovely and a great portion size. The bangers and mash were by far the best I’ve ever had and my daughter really enjoyed her pasta.The staff are always really happy, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The pub is beautiful and the roof top is a fantastic alternative. There is a great choice of drinks a little touches like chilling the wine glasses are great. Keep up the great work and will be back very soon :) jo

Best pub in Bexleyheath hands down! Good selection of drinks, food is always tasty, quiz on a Wednesday is great and staff are amazing. They all really go out of their way to make this a great pub and make all feel welcome.

Fantastic staff. Really accommodating and attentive. Managed a late booking for 20 people without any fuss. Service for drinks and food was quick and the food was really tasty. Inside the pub is comfortable, with a traditional look and feel, and there's a great atmosphere. Overall excellent and highly recommended.

Booked in for lunch today (9th Dec).The one star I have given is an overstatement.Staff and servers were not wearing masks, unhelpful and almost abrupt.Having chosen the sliced sirloin of beef from the set Christmas menu, the plate arrived with two chunks of meat that were more like pieces of braising steak.The food for all of our party was at best warm. Complaining to the server we were told she would mention it to the kitchen. But there was no further response. Brussels sprouts served were extremely hard and so difficult to cut.However all puddings served were quite nice.Overall I not feel the price charged on this menu is justified by the quality of the food served or the service offered. We left feeling that we had been a bit of an inconvenience.Needless to say I will not be going back.
