We had lunch at Mulberry Tree restaurant inside Ruxley Manor. Ordered a chicken burger with salad and chips. The meal was absolutely awful, the piece of chicken was very small and really hard it was difficult to cut and really cold, you could clearly see that was not even cooked that day. The bun of the burger was good quality but again cold and not fresh. The salad accompanying the burger was off. What a disappointment as we were hoping to go back with the children but there was nothing fresh in the ingredients used. The only good thing was the coffee.

Well, this was a lovely surprise!Fresh food ✅ fast service with a smile ✅ table app for ordering ✅ not too expensive ✅. Can’t fault it!

Plenty of free parking space. Nice, light, and open ambience. Good quality food and drinks. Reasonable prices. Helpful and friendly staff. Great shopping opportunities just outside the restaurant.

A fairly large eatery at a huge and sucessful garden centre. The atmosphere was noisy, furnishing were a bit institutional, staff were somewhat uninvolved and seemed more into their various tasks instead of providing individualised high quality personal experiences for their guests. The menu was inflexible, I asked for a croissant with bacon and cheese, although these elements were all on the otherwise boring menu I couldn't be given what I wanted because they weren't available in that order on the menu!Wierd!I was eventually served a Croc Monsiour that was too hard to bite into and had to be cut up to remove the inedible crusts with crockery. The bread was too thickly cut, the cheese too unevenly spread and the three thick slices of ham had obviously been picked straight out of a packet and slapped down without being separated from each other or spread on the sandwich with any attention or thought. The flat white coffee seemed indistinguishable from the latte or the cappuccino offerings.Overall an expensive and disappointing experienceOn the other hand the place seemed spotlessly clean and the toilets were immaculate.I suggest the company should investigate running their own minibus service to and from nearby Sidcup because the TFL bus service was infrequent, the queue had grown to 8 passengers by the time the inadequately small bus had arrived, most of us didn't get seats and its timing didn't seem to bear any resemblance to the posted timetable. The bus shelter was inadequate to the monsoons rains we encountered while patiently waiting for 30 minutes.

Food is ok but very small portions and ridiculously over priced. They also got my order wrong. Better off going to McDonald's

Love to eat (especially the breakfast) at this restaurant at Ruxley Manor. Service is superb (drinks were at my table seconds after I left the till!) Food followed 5 mins later. If you haven't visited the food hall, then you must definitely go there. Food us so fresh and so very tasty. All The staff are absolutely fantastic and deserve 5 stars each. Enjoy!

I do like the restaurant although they need more gluten free (some there so not bad) plus some of the staff seem confused on the Loyalty card! But they do a good hot mulled tea. Free parking a bonus and a lovely place to shop

Dread man. Truly dread.Carrots and Kale so manky. Like they'd been cooked 3 days ago and left in a sham steamer. Pie crust like rubber. Not cheap.

This place is so bad. Massively over expensive, poor quality food, terrible service, wrong food sent, items missed, silly "covid measures" still in place that make no sense, rubbish hot chocolate, had to clean my own table..... £6.50 for the sandwich in the picture!!!!Not even one star. Google Maps needs to create a new way of showing how bad a place can be

Lovely food, excellent serviceMy experience here was one I will definitely relive with friends in the future. Tables large enough to do some work during the very brief wait. The food I ordered came with a massive delicious cup of mocha - I recommend you try this! My waiter was Cai - he was courteous and very professional as was the entire team. Would give it 6 stars if I could.
