A very warm welcome with hot, plentiful food, of great quality and excellent value for money. A typical English pub with good old fashioned hospitality. You can’t knock it.

Next to the Civic. The karaoke dominates over everything else - so would avoid a Thursday evening if you want to talk to the people you’re going with.

Very helpful staff, it is a bit dark inside and could use some lighter colours. They have access the to the sports channels and don’t have fit worry about someone blocking your view. The bar set is, has a 360 view to see customers, to you can serve the quickly.Toilets are clean, plus they have neutral scent

Amazing roast dinner. Great outside space, which looks fab and fresh. Staff who know what they're doing and are super friendly and AMAZING cauliflower cheese. Lovely Sunday lunch to ease back into pub life after the world was grounded.
