Three of us went to Long Lane for my 60th birthday meal. My scampi and chips was a child sized portion and barely warm. The other 2 meals were also barely warm and small portions too for the money.Very disappointed and will not be returning. Such a shame.

I visited Friday 18th March, firstly I must comment on is the lovely meal me and my friend had , the issue we had was the customer service , when we arrived we could not find our reservation name on our table which had been put in with menu's, next we ordered our starters which turned up with wrong sauces , on informing a staff member we were told the App does that sometimes which is not not good promoting for your app , next we ordered our drinks though the app which again turned up wrong , 2 pitchers of cocktails were ordered one pitcher and one glass of cocktails arrived again we informed member of staff , we were told well that's how order came through , we showed him app receipt and his comment was well I will have to go check that , while eating our food staff member came to do a check back on out food and I was asked " Is it alright " , finally as we were sat finishing our drinks 2 members of staff were cleaning tables whilst talking to each other and we heard one say to the other he was fed up with how customers put menus back into the holder which is not professional considering we were still at our table listening to this .it is a very big shame as we do and have always enjoyed put previous visits to your premises , we will continue to come just hope this issue will get your immediate attention and be resolved as the food was outstanding

Went to the travellers home today with my grandson, staff were helpful, and very welcoming, the pub was clean and tidy, food was good service was good 😊

Went for a Christmas dinner. The manager was excellent very covid aware and let people move tables if they were not comfortable. Had run out of a couple of things but found suitable alternatives and in the current climate everyone is having the same issue. Were not rushed and really enjoyed our meal

Food was good. "All American Platter" was the best meal and Friendly staff. Bit slow on food being cooked but they were busy because of 50% off deal.

·

Nice friendly environment. Big screen TV plus other TVs dotted around the pub. Even a pool table to have fun.

·

Friendly, decent food, clean although the interior could do with updating. Seemed understaffed as no bar workers behind tills for most of the time and had to wait as did others for long periods. Even though they were quiet

Our first visit. Lovely looking pub. Good atmosphere and friendly and welcoming staff. The appetiser we had was a good proportions and quality. Will return for a full course in the near future. 😊

Lovely place, always enjoy it. Good food, and great service. Even despite the supply problems the staff still manage to maintain a good menu, and are understandably frustrated with the situation. It annoys me when customers take it out on the staff, it's not their fault!!!

Food was shocking bad! Was forced to order a dessert for my daughter even though we didn’t want it. It was meant to be toad in the hole and this is what came out! not to mention the chips were cold and hard where they didn’t cook the properly plus the gravy was like water. The owners Mitchell’s and butlers plc really need to visit this place! Shambles...
