The food is good but their deliveries can be hit and miss

Wrong kitchen not wongs !cold and bunrt on outside cold in middle. Chef standing outside having a smoke! Hygienic?

Woman at the counter tried to over charge me. After 5 minutes of arguing she discovered I was correct. The pancake roll had oil pouring out the bag. The website does not allow you to select options when ordering a set meal. I use to be be able to go in and pay by card but now they refuse yet their website allows card payment. Won't be going back again. Service gets worse each time I have tried to order.

Was waiting in the shop for my takeaway and just witnessed a member of staff get a frozen prawn, run it under running water in the sink then put it in a sushi roll!Good luck eating here - expect a couple of days off if you order the wrong thing.

Ordered today and food arrived quickly, the portions are big and they kindly sent us a free bottle of Pepsi with the order. Enjoyed the food, the aromatic lamb,Singapore noodles, smoked shredded chicken, and crispy sweet chilli chicken were delicious, however the curry sauce missed something, and the Singapore fried rice was also lacking spice.we also ordered hot and spicy wings they had too much batter for my liking however other family members really liked them. I deffo would recommend this place as overall good experience.

I moved to welling very recently, and tried this place on my first night here as I am literally round the corner. Very rude and stand offish, 4 people behind the counter, yet it took 5 minutes before anyone even attempted eye contact. Tried to buy food the following night, but was curtly told they dont accept card payments, even though they do for delivered food. Dont care what the food is like, they clearly dont need my money, will go elsewhere in future. Only gave 1 star because I didnt have the option to give none at all.

Despite them being extremely busy (New Year's Eve) the food and service was excellent . What I like most about Wongs is that you can see the cooks working away preparing your meals. Nothing is hidden .

Way to long in doing my order. People came in after me and left before me. I waited 1 hour 6 minutes from the time my order was taken. When I asked what happened she was very vague as to weather I had ordered it. The fryed noodles were very greasey. Too much dough on the king prawns. I wont go there again.

Love this Chinese takeaway, always quick and never had a bad dish from them. Reasonably priced and great friendly staff.

Been coming for years and no complaints but as of Last week delivery was late and the food containers were all broken and food spilled! I made complaint then tonight I ordered hour and half waiting then 5 mins into eating my soup it burned by stomach so bad and i immediately threw up I am FUMING! Will never order here again
