Zingara in Bexley

Knocking a star off from a bad experience yesterday. Am not regular but have been going since its refurb, met the owner seen staff change. I was a little shocked though; sat at a table reserved 6:30pm and sure as, was ready to leave, however, 6:25ish was approached and told this table is reserved now and waitress went to take my glass had about a mouthful of beer, that isn't the point. A better approach is to ask me to move towards the bar than what I feel like to be kicked out. Customer service is key and this behaviour made me feel a little negative towards this place. First in years. All this aside, it is a good bar, good beer and wine always clean, yes go just watch you don't sit in the wrong place!

Lovely meal for my cousin's 30th birthday. Food was delicious and good value.

Love this place! The food was fantastic and the drinks are spot on. It’s a really cool place to have a meal and then you can go to a separate area to have drinks and dance! Love going there with friends.

I love this restaurant and have been coming every year before lockdown for our anniversary.I booked the restaurant and was sent a email about taking a holding fee for the table, I called the restaurant instead of them calling me.When I explained to the girl on the line that I wished for her to take payment for for the table, she didn't ask for any further information from me or take my card details but said OK...I had to them explain again why I was calling and she called me rude.I called back to speak to the manager which was the lady Duty manager, I tried to complain but she was speaking Iver me , I did say that she was a terrible manager as she has no customer services skills. Will never be returning after they wanted a holding fee and the managers attitude

We enjoyed our stay at Premier Inn Bexleyheath, the staff were soooo helpful too, they couldn't do enough to help. We were very impressed with the service.... The bed was very clean and comfortable, however the room tried ! Overall experience was good !

Such a beautiful place The food was amazing and reasonably priced and came out in a timely fashion The Irish server we had made the whole experience amazing, friendly and welcoming

Lovely awesome food. It's hidden place like, you enter and you feel it's a small place unless you enter you don't see the real interiors.Service is good, very friendly.Food is tasty it's finger licking I would say my personal experience

The longue area had a beautiful ambience. Some of the appetizers were nice yet some dishes were just too salty. Im not too sure however which was worse between the salty food and the horrible attitude of my waiter. I am lost for words by the degree of unprofessionalism!!I wont be stepping foot in this place again and I think that's about the only thing we have been able to see eye to eye on as the manager made it clear she didnt want me back either.You've been warned.

Lovely food, we ordered tapas style appetisers, 3 each were more than enough. Staff were lovely and cocktails are fantastic.
