Bella Pizza in Brent

Ordered 4 pizza they were thin like a nan bread pizza with virtually no toppings n no taste at all.Very disappointedWill not order again as they have gone down hill and we DO HAVE other places which have GOOD lovely pizzas

Uncooked and worst thing the box had a spider inside! I’m shocked with the hygiene and the service

amazing customer service ordered 2 pizzas in the morning asked for thin crust got it perfectly and thin and crispy best experience as i just moved newly to the area, morning chef was very very polite he offered the afghani choice pizza and was absolutely delicious, really recommend this place (left a £10 tip ) thank you bella pizza see you again soon really proud

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOOD WAS COLD AND BURNT ORDERED DEEP PAN PIZZAS BUT WAS VERY THIN LIKE NAN BREAD TRIED TO RESOLVE THE MATTER WITH THE MANAGER WHO WAS’NT HELPFUL AND DIDNT CARE AS LONG AS HE GOT HIS MONEY ALL THE FOOD WAS DISPOSED OF AS IT WAS COLD AND BURNT AND BLOODY ROCK HARD.I’ve tried contacting the business regarding this matter for over a week and was told to call the church Lane branch. The manager was not available and then I tried again and spoke to the manager, he said he will contact me that evening but still did not receive a phone call. I called the church Lane branch and asked to speak to the manager instead a delivery guy spoke to me claiming he was the manager and then told me after the conversation that he wasn’t and put the phone down on me. I called again and asked for the manager the person put the phone down and so i went to the Stanmore branch to speak to the manager. He was very rude and unprofessional saying he didn’t have time to deal with this enquiry and because of the bad review he is not willing to help. As a loyal customer I will not be purchasing any goods from this branch or the Church Lane branch due to the lack of respect and professionalism. The manager needs a reality check if he thinks it’s acceptable to speak to customers in this manner.+4THIS IS NOT A FAKE ACCOUNT I HAVE PROOF OF MY ORDER YOU ARE JUST BEING RUDE AND GIVING FALSE HOPE AND INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS AS YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE BUSINESS!!

Do not buy. The pizza is just a thing, nothing in common with a pizza. The cheese was very bad as well. They forgot to send me the fizzy drink as well. If you are ordering from an app you'll have to be a small detective to find the real location and phone number to contact them (on mobile apps they use a mobile phone).

Ordered a 10” inch medium BBQ lovers pizza. Taste was so good😍.

The pizza was burnt to crisp but was somehow stone cold by the time it got to me 🤷‍♂️ 4 stars for getting the shape right!

You can't go wrong with take away pizza's. And you can definitely not go wrong with Bella Pizza. We have ordered from Bella many times and they have not disappointed. Our lovely cheesy pizzas, arrived hot and on time. In fact 15 minutes earlier then what they said on the phone. They have a range of pizzas and crust types. Thin crust being our favourite as its crispy and not overly filling so you can eat more slices. Along with various dipping sauces. The price is also reasonable with on going offers all the time. It would be great if they could introduce a vegan cheese pizza.

Great value pizza. X2 18 inch 🍕 for £22 Quick deliveries and would recommend ordering directly with Bella rather than going through Deliveroo or Uber Eats which is approx 30% more in pricing.

The pizza was deliciously put together, the sizes are very generous at affordable prices and the delivery was quicker than I expected! The service from the moment I picked up the phone to make the order to the delivery man dropping the pizza off was 5*! Thank you Bella pizza!
