DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE LEFT WAITING UP TO AN HOUR FOR YOUR FOOD! We ordered wayyyy in advance so that we could break our fast for iftar. We ordered for collection and when my brother in law arrived they took absolutely forever and tried to overcharge as well. We fasted all day and worked all day and this is the service we got. Even when my brother arrived they didn’t even include everything in the order. There was missing items. I highly recommend everyone to not get food from here anymore as they don’t know how to prioritise customers especially ones who order in advance.

Absolutely disgusting customer service rude works act like they ran Preston Road no hygiene whatsoever seen workers pick their nose and hands in pants no gloves long nails 🤮🤢 so over priced Probably think Preston Road is Central London. Asked the worker for a pizza he said 15 minutes paid and everything came back he tells me they don’t have pizza left stupid at it’s finest waste of time better shop near by. Fancy chicken and Boston peri peri is owned by the same gang of people same behaviour and attitude they just change the works ever so often avoid at all cost don’t know how to run a business

My go-to local place for some burger and fries. Always great and keep coming back for more. The only thing they could improve on is being more accurate in the collection time expectation. They say ready in 15 mins, but then you turn up and wait another 10-15 mins...

Best service, amazingly tasty food at a superb price. Customer service is the best. Recommend the 10 wings and 2 chips and 2 drinks for 8.50!!!!! Grilled wings that are finger licking good!!!

After previously giving 5 stars in 2019, I have now demoted this to 2 stars. There are a couple of reasons why I reduced that stars. Firstly, I order from this restaurant every 2 weeks using ubereats. Recently my last 2 orders have been problematic. The 1st issue was that the chips were delivered undercooked. I had to get into the car and take out back to the shop for replacement. So I paid for delivery but had to drive myself to resolve the issue. Today I ordered Veggie wraps and they delivered Veggie burger and did not follow order notes. When I called to complain they said the wraps were out of stock, the basically fobbed it off and replied on the phone that we will sort it out in the next order. Its beyond a joke. When ordering pizza they do not follow the list of topping, they add whatever toppings they want. Definitely won't be ordering at this restaurant again after all the recent problems.

Very hit or miss. The chicken is pretty good but the waiting times can be ridiculous... Sometimes it's instant service, other times it's been literally a 30 minute wait (in person, not for delivery) just for a regular 3 piece chicken and chips... Not exactly fast food at that point.

Just an average takeaway hot wings. Price is cheap.The store front, seats and kitchen floors looks clean, good lighting. Customer service was fine.
