Burger King in Brent

It's a decent place for takeaways or eating-ins. There's plenty of seating area. Staff were really friendly and unlike some other BK's, the quality of the food is good and the delivery time is reasonable.

Lovely lady with feed in braids served me on the morning of the 11/02/2020. Customer service 10/10 I was greeted with a smile, she offered other suggestions in the breakfast menu without making it feel forced or as if she’ll get a bonus for offering. Food was excellent, not greasy and more than expected .. will be back and highly recommend.

Sometimes, however, it is just convenient and cheap and you do it, right? Just had to review this one, though, because of the super-sweet and excellent Tee who served us. She was super-friendly from the start to everyone, joking and smiling. She brought my order to me and offered to get anything else I wanted, as if I were in an actual restaurant with cloth napkins etc

The bar downstairs was nice with a relaxed Sunday afternoon atmosphere. We went to this lovely hotel for a Sunday roast. The food was superb ( also expensive) but overall good value. It was the service that stood out. This is the first hotel in London where the staff added to the experience rather than detracted from it.

Friendly staff, prices not too inflated, bean burger was tasty but not very hot. The unlimited drink dispenser is really good, plenty of non sugar choices. Didn't like being charged 30p extra for bbq sauce, but other sauces were plentiful and freely offered when asked for. Downside was part of the floor area was cordoned off for cleaning, whilst we were inside, and the smell of bleach was quite off putting and spoiled the meal a little. We had to negotiate a row of chairs, an "cleaning in progress" bollard and the joyful fragrance of bleach to top up our drinks, and to finally vacate the premises. Apart from that, all good. Five stars to the counter staff though, very helpful and courteous...

It's your average burger king with expected menu, seating etc. 2 drinks machines situated away from the queue area which is useful. No specific disabled area but usually not too hard to get a seat which is accessible for those who can't get into a booth or manage a stool and those can also be used by wheelchair users.

Good only issue is the waiting times as it can be pretty busy in this burger King so takes a while when you want to order your food.

Good spacious fast-food joint

I won't comment on the food as it's very consistent and great tasting. The service is great and the drinks are bottomless! The food is nutritious at the right quantities, and tastes great! Recommended to go there. Fast service even though most of the time it's packed with people.

This is one of the busiest fast food places in the shopping centre. Spacious and well maintained. Food is good price value for money. Staff should be more engaging with the customers. Availability of the products is superb. I would recommend it.
