An abosloute waste of money and disgusting cake. I ordered a coconut gluten free cake and it was the worst cake ive ever had without no exaggeration. Took a bite and that was it, which you can see in the photos. I urge you to not buy a cake from this place. Its not worth the money, if your attracted by the same day delivery which i was too, please save yourself the embarassment and just pick up a cheaper cake from your local bakery because i can assure you this was not edible

After being let down by another online cake store, I ordered a cake from Cakes Today, for same day delivery. The cake was amazing and arrived on time, ready for the event next day. Everyone really liked it and couldn't believe it was made and delivered on the same day! I recommended Cakes Today to many parents, who asked for the details. Cakes Today saved the evening for me by providing an amazing Oreo Dip cake on the day of my partners birthday. I was frantically trying to find a same day cake place on google that would deliver the same day. I had never tried cakes today before and read their reviews & looked at their pictures and they did NOT let me down!The process of ordering on the phone was quick, easy, courteous & professional and I was guaranteed delivery to the restaurant so my partner was suprised later on. I received a text through the day when cake was on its way & also once delivered. I was very impressed & so were our guests & the birthday boy with how yummy & dlicious the cake was...not too sweet & light & fluffy & freshly made! I would definitelyuse them again & have already recommended them to friends!

Ordered a last minute cake at 1.30pm and this was delivered by 6pm same day. Cake arrived as described and tasted great. Cannot fault customer service, they tried to contact me numerous times as I had made a mistake with the order. All in all very happy.

Michelle was very helpful. Her service was so great and she was very friendly. The cake was so neat. Some of my friends thought the bottle of alcohol cake was a real bottle at first glance. The cake was also fluffy and tasty. I could tell that it was freshly made on the day of delivery. I would recommend this place 100%.

There was a time when Cakes Today used to provide one of the tastiest Cakes but recently, something has happened to them and their service has gone from amazing to terrible, staff very unhelpful and nothing seems to be good about them. They couldn't solve a simple case and left me hanging dry. It's been one week since I called, messaged and even emailed them but nothing. They really don't care about their loyal customers because if they did, they would have tried to take my situation seriously. The person I spoke to on the phone regarding my issue kept avoiding me and giving me solutions such as vouchers but that's not gonna solve how I feel!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and no professionalism whatsoever!! I am very disappointed and cannot believe they turned out like this. Received flowers that died within 2 days of delivery, literally 2 DAYS! P.S. You can see what they sent me to close the case asap ... This company only cares about making money than taking care of their customers!

Cakes Today delivered without a fail for a last minute event that was thrown pretty much overnight. The service was perfect, I placed my order at 1am and in the morning I was contacted to confirm some details. Received everything with care in the afternoon, in time for the event and most importantly the cupcakes and cakesicles were delicious, so much so that they were gone within minutes !

Great service! Order the cake late at night and they rang straight away for confirmation. The cake was delivered on time and packaged perfectly. We received the cake on Friday and didn't eat it until Sunday, it kept perfectly. It also tasted delicious!! I will definitely be using this service again!!

Smarties was without colour, maybe it was frozen before, no idea, i couldn’t use it for my sons birthday, went to Asda in last minute before the party and bought one, i cant recommended this company. Awful looking Scrumptious Smarties Chocolate Cake, nothing like in picture on their website.
