Coast to Coast in Brent

Really nice atmosphere, clean with cool decor. Staff were very friendly and food reasonably priced. We came on a Saturday afternoon and even though busy the food came quickly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Coast to Coast is another chain American Restaurant experience but can it standout in an already crowded market?Visiting the Trafford Centre in Manchester offers up a bounty of choices for every pallet but when you are a party of three with differing tastes, the choices become less bountiful. Coast to Coast covered it however. With a pizza for my son, BBQ spare ribs and chicken for my wife and a burger for me, the restaurant had us covered.The standard of the food was good. The pizza was quite large for the child’s menu, much to the joy of my 7 year-old (other chain restaurants take note), my wife’s Ribs & Chicken were especially good (I had to admit I had order envy) and my burger was fine but not the best I’ve had from an American chain. The kids meal also included an ice-cream, so again my son was happy.The drinks were a mix however, as my wife enjoyed an ice-cream lemonade float, my son always loves an apple juice and I had a draft Diet Coke. As is the problem with any restaurant that has Coca-Cola installed, the choice is restrictive and not very appealing (no variation like Cherry Coke etc). Also the draft soft drink was not refillable, like many other American chains.While the decor was very standard U.K. American restaurant style, more like a Frankie & Benny’s replacement than anything new, the atmosphere was good and the service was attentive if a little rushed (our drinks order was wrong and it seemed an inconvenience to change it).Would I recommend it Coast to Coast, probably, would I go again…not sure.

Another fantastic meal. Myself my husband and 2 children thoroughly enjoyed our food. The atmosphere was amazing and ALL the staff are a real credit to the company. Chatty happy smart. Kyle the manager is friendly hands on and what we could see has an amazing relationship with his team. The food wow the chefs definitely know how to cook great food. We were sat near the kitchen the communication was excellent especially from the female chef. Food was hot,fast great amounts and looked fantastic!! Alex our server was very knowledgeable chatty and confident. For a very busy restaurant in a very busy location this place definitely rocks. First of this is the best place I've been with my bestie together as for some reason we always end up in places that the quality doesn't stand up to the price or the food is bad. I'll be splitting this into sections so sorry for the first section below being long. You can skip to see the rest.QUALITY OF FOOD: Not one dish could I fault. It was all so delicious and we both agreed even for the fish and burger, neither made us feel stogy or feel bad as the way it was cooked made it really seem homemade and healthy yet still so filling...way better than a greasy fish and chips place on burger take-out. Everything came hot and of very high standards.For starters we got garlic bread to share and it was presented very well and also tasted great. Good portion for 2. It came with a sharp knife which we cut up into 8 and got 4 good sized pieces each.For dessert they had great options like honeycomb milkshakes and other unique things you don't always see however unfortunately they ran out of what my friend wanted so we stuck to the classic vanilla milkshake and fudge cake which can I say was amazing. The best I've had in a long time and it was so creamy as well as the vanilla ice-cream was not boring it was so delicious, how proper vanilla ice-cream should be.PRICE OF FOOD: We were shocked that at the end that the bill only came to around £37 as the food was amazing and very big portions...100% worth the price. For reference to leave a tip by card you have to ask to add it onto the card machine as you have to type in the amount.STAFF: All the staff were so friendly and helpful and would go out of their way to make sure you know everything you ask and everything is okay for you without pestering you. Even the bar tender noticed my friends shopping bag split and found a plastic bag for her.SERVICE: came very fast and if we needed more time before wanting dessert we got that too. We went on a Monday so wasn't that busy until we leftVARIETY OF MENU: They had so many options and I'm quite picky yet had plenty to choose from for once and defp coming back to try their other options. Not a massive variety for the desserts though but the options they do have are good.CLEANLINESS: Everywhere seemed spotless and the cutlery set also were too.

This review covers 2 visits one on 2/10 and 14/2. On the first occasion we was seated in a nice booth and drinks came very quickly we then proceed to wait around 30 minutes (no exaggeration) for our order to be taken and we had to ask someone even then. The food was decent enough but we spent over 2 hours in the establishment. On the second visit we was seated very quickly, we sat by 6pm and again no exaggeration ordered food and was sipping drinks by 6:05. However we had been shopping before hand and they gave us the smallest table imaginable our bags didn't fit around and they had to fill the walkway.

A bit of garnish or something would go a long way to improve the visual appeal to 'Our Classic chicken burger' which is just a lump of chicken meat in bread- That's it! Comes with a spoonful of 'Slaw' and separate fries. It is a nice main meal but looks very poor on the plate. The addition of fresh lettuce, cress or tomato or something nicely cut and presented on the Big gaps around the burger on the plate would improve the appearance greatly.I wonder who, if anyone is in charge of presentation? It should be much better, especially when you consider Coast to Coast is owned by The Restaurant Group a Big company with lots of restaurants under it's control. Get someone on it!!

My mac and cheese was awful - half of it was stuck to the dish and the rest was flavourless - would definitely avoid. However my partner had the vegan burger and he really enjoyed it, so I clearly just chose the wrong thing! The chocolate cake we had for dessert was also delicious. Definitely avoid the mac and cheese though, really rubbish!

Overall Rating:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Price For Food/Drinks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Overall the price of the food/drinks at Coast to Coast is good. The portion sizes are very large. All mains we received were very large which was very good for everyone. However drinks are a little on the more expensive side but it’s okay.Speed of Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️On this particular day the speed of service was good. The main Front of House was great and the gentleman there was really respectful, very well mannered and polite. The service of we received from our Waiter was fantastic. He remembered all our orders from memory and also all sides which was fantastic.Food Quality: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Overall quality of my food was great and high quality. Our group tried a huge variety of drinks and food throughout our visit. Everything was good quality and all very flavourful. No complaints from any members of our party.Restaraunt Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The overall cleanliness of Coast to Coast was really high. High levels of cleanliness and regular cleaning.AOB-Personally I feel like the dessert options aren’t as strong as the rest of the menu. Nothing really jumped out to make us really want to get. However the large portion sizes of the rest of the food filled us up anyway!

I had an absolutely brilliant lunch here with my daughter and she loved it. There's not a thing I can say bad about the place.The staff were extremely friendly and attentive (Our server was Brad)The food was delicious.The choice is wonderful.The Decor and seating are great.The toilets very clean.There wait was minimal, much less than the staff member at the gate said it would be (unless she's using Scotty's old Tactic).All in all great food, great place and great times.Does a wide variety of food so there should be something for everybody on there.Trust me on this I have socks Google sent me for being a good contributorEnjoy.

First time visiting on a busy Friday night. Was told about the 20 minute wait and waited until a table was available, was quicker than we expected which was nice. Lovely decor and atmosphere and service was quick and efficient . Alex our server was friendly and gave great service. Will definitely be back food was delicious and filling we didn’t have room for dessert
