As always best coffee and staff are polite and friendly

Tends to get busy so you might end up waiting a while. On the occasions that I had visited, stuff were quick and polite.

We've been charged extra and the stuff had no idea what to do. We ordered 3 hot white chocolate and we got 3 cups of hot milk. No taste of chocolate at all. Horrible!Overpriced and tasteless! Would not recommend!

Pleasant small and intimate.The meal at the restaurant was very good, I ate a beetroot and feta Wellington with a rather salty mushroom sauce but was neverless tasty. My colleagues were also pleased with their choices. Extremely good service too

Normally like this Costa, but was today dealt with by a spectacularly rude member of staff and won’t be going back.Added to which it seems you can only go in if you have downloaded the track and trace app. The option to give your details on paper as many other cafes / restaurants allow you to do doesn’t seem to be there. For this reason I will no longer be going to any Costa.

Lovely and kind staff. I was exhausted after a long day hard working and I thought let’s just get a coffee here, chill out and get relaxed. It was crazy busy once I got to the counter, however, Zizi and Martin were really kind and lovely and made our experience amazing. Definitely recommend this place and will be back again.

Love this Costa we come here every week once or twice. Lovely view from the window, amazing staff, coffee always delicious. Never had any bad experiences even if it busy staff stays calm, friendly, professional and makes great coffee. I really recommend it.
