Creams Cafe Wembley in Brent

I am not normally a fan of waffles... but the one at Creams made me change my mind! It is delicious! I love the atmosphere here and the staff is friendly.

Not a great experience.We got a wrong coffe, my utencils were dirty. I have been to other Creams cafe and I love them but the quality and hygiene of this one were subpar.Otherwise the cake was good.

Staff is very unprofessional and they don’t know how to deal with customers. Tried lot of creams stores in UK but had a worst experience here. Ordered waffle which was completely raw and soft. Also staff was so rude and were in a hurry to close there store. When we tried to complain to staff about the quality of waffle they were so unprofessional and arguing that this is how they cook for all customers. I believe creams doesn’t have standard quality of product and it vary location wise which is not the case as per my experience.

I got changed£16 for food I never received the silly driver didn't even bother calling me and just delivered my food to someone else. Creams don't even deserve a 1 star sadly we can't give a zero star review.

The food has a good presentation and fresh ingredients. The customer service was good as well. Nice place for dates.

Came here for My niece's birthday, 8 of us had various desserts for lunch lol. Great Service by Layla who also has the same name as my baby! :D

Good desserts, decent prices. Shame they no longer do the M&M waffle, it was massive!

I visited this Creams when it was first opened and I thought the food and service was great.However, I visited again recently expecting good things but the quality dropped tremendously. The people who were serving had been acting like they didn't want to be there and the food tasted like more sugar was added to the recipe which made me quite sad.

Great place to go for some good deserts, served promptly with good service, the desert itself was a bit to sweet for me, but the gelato was very good. I have the salted caramel crepe with bananas and topped with nuts and salted caramel gelato. All of which worked well together but very sickly after a few bites, defiantly not one to conquer on your own.
