Fancy Chicken 'N' Pizza in Brent

Absolutely disgusting customer service rude works act like they ran Preston Road no hygiene whatsoever seen workers pick their nose and hands in pants no gloves long nails 🤮🤢 so over priced Probably think Preston Road is Central London. Asked the worker for a pizza he said 15 minutes paid and everything came back he tells me they don’t have pizza left stupid at it’s finest waste of time better shop near by. Fancy chicken and Boston peri peri is owned by the same gang of people same behaviour and attitude they just change the works ever so often avoid at all cost don’t know how to run a business

We love the pizza here. The base is really thick and the meat feast is so good. It’s not your fancy Franco Manca pizza but i literally crave it! Chicken wings are yummy too.

By far the worst experience I have ever had in any store, the shop keeper was rude and started swearing at me when I asked him to confirm the advertised combo. Turns out it was best that I asked as the board was not clearly marked. Never apologised and kept cursing under his breath.

What a shame, foos quality gone downhill, used be the best recepie. What a shame!!!

Ordered two chicken burger meals. One had multiple black hairs inside the burger, was disgusting. Both meals were thrown away.

Some of the reviews on here seem a bit far fetched with hygiene issues and practices. I’ve ordered food inside this outlet before on a number of occasions and the practices implemented by the staff are easily in line with food hygiene.The staff here are experienced and of an older age bracket to other fast food take outs. They are polite and take the customers needs to task in a well mannered way. Sure, the foods not gourmet standard but then again it’s not a Michelin star establishment it’s a bloody chicken shop.

Is not bad but their are always angry and that affects the service, had to ask 3 times for the ketchup on the fries chips! They should improve the service!

Iv been going to this place for over 10 years an i place an order for delivery after waiting for the pizzas an chips over an hour which i was told 30-40mins it turns up cold the chips were super soggy.Then i call the shop up an ask whats going on with the food as i live two roads down from the shop they tell me to bring the food back an they will make me new ones.I get to the shop to collect the food i ask the guy at the counter do i get the difference back as im collecting the food as they charge you extra for delivery, the guy has the audacity to tell me that he is doing me a favour by re-making the food as they delivered the food already 'COLD' not evem an apology for the poor service.In the end he would not give me the difference in the price or even other food to the value an turns around an tells me the customer that i am in the wrong an he would have redelivered the food i would just have to wait another 30-40mins.That has to be the worst customer service i have ever had absolutely terrible for some one who has been going there for years. New staff are useless will not be going there again.

Very bad service. Went for £2 for £2.50 strip burger deal (Used to be £2). Disgusting. Everything was stole cold, buns tasted stale. Horrible, and I'm not used to this from Fancy. Been going there since I was college, 10 years+. Never again. Went with a friend a couple of weeks prior and was told there was no spicy chicken. Had their regular chicken burgers instead (As the team member did his best to make sure we didn't wait for spicy burgers to be prepared) and once again stone cold and old. When discussing this politely with till person, the till person argued that it was fine, another customer interrupted and also thought it was horrible. Really bad standards. Just go to Boston Peri. Better service and definitely nicer people and warm food as least.
