Was at the shop, when 2 customers came up with their issues, they were spoken to rudely with a stinky attitude and loud tone. They were even told to go away if they don't like the food. Customer service was very bad. Criticism should be accept by your staff positively and do changes. Not shoo your customers away.

The most disgusting food and service I have ever received in my life. They served soggy pani puri that collapsed in our hands and crispy bhajia that was soft and microwaved. I told the staff it was not good enough and they became argumentative. No refund or exchanges policy which is highly suspicious. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

The chilli paneer had a great flavour being both sweet and medium spiced. It cost £3.50 which is a fair price for the portion size. The paneer and pizza samosas lacked flavour and I prefer the ones from Shayona. The green chutney was a nice complement to the samosas.

Phenomenal experience. Top notch food, atmosphere, and staff. Have been here multiple times, and every time is an amazing experience all around. I always take my out of town guests here, as the food is always superb. Definitely a lifetime customer!

Chat items were not tasty as the authentic oneā¦We doubt, the Vegetable stock of the shop was running out (Couldnāt find even a single piece of onion in the sev puri and Dahi puri we orderedš)⦠Better not to buy and waste the money..

I bought Two thalis this morning and the shak/sabji had gone off and was slimy and the food smelt really bad. Also bought Dahi Vada horrible, tasteless and same with dal Vada very dry and also had gone off. The guy did not give receipt. Never buying from there again waste of £16.50. All went in the bin. Also very expensive compared to some other shops on Ealing Road. Very very poor quality. Also whilst buying noticed the serving guy putting back the left over plate of sabji into the container from which he was serving a customer. Do you have a hygiene certificate??? and staff not trained in hygiene. Does not even deserve one star but without rating cannot post hence given one star. .

One of the worst Thali we ever had, seems like 2-3 days old Daal, very heavy on some spices like Taaj( Cinnamon, rice probably from same time, Saak tasteless and worst Is it all tasted like itās coming from fridge frozen everyday at starting if day and kept on display and just reheat in front of you,Had 500 grams of Churma Ladoo, it was again like from days and days old all dry and cold as if it was in fridge from many days, I ate one Lado with Thali and then Complained that it seems old cold and dry I canāt eat them, I request please take them back as I was wright in shop sealed and havenāt even touched there packet while I was having 2 days old Thali, to which girl responded that she canāt do anything manager has gone out and it was made yesterday, what a Lie, Churma lado is my favourite have been eating since childhood I can tell the difference, it was cold and kept in fridge so went dry and hard and off set with taste,I wonāt recommend to waste time and money , there are better place near by,Advice ; please improve quality of food , people pay their hardship money and wants to come and enjoy food then to worry and be in stress after eating and giving such reviews.
