Go there only if you prefer quantity over quality. Poor standard. You can eat a lot but there is not even one thing I would have paid for to eat it again. I am not a McDonald's fan, but if I have to pick between a bigmac meal or the all you can eat buffet there I woudl go with with the Bigmac.

From Gujarati dhokla to Italian pizza, they have it all & you can eat from the buffet till your stomach hurts. Not exactly fine dining, but still the eating place when you're really really hungry. They have increased their price of late.

I've gone to the O2 Arena Jimmy's many times and decided to visit this one with some friends, and it was a terrible experience. We waited 10 minutes to be seated even though there were empty booths and no one else waiting, a family stepped in front of us and spoke to a member of staff briefly in a different language and they got sat down right away. When I asked how much longer we'd have to wait he said they were just cleaning a table for us, but it was clear to see there were at least three booths open with cutlery ready.Once we got seated and ordered our drinks, we went off for the buffet, which seems to be the main and worst part of the restaurant, which isn't a good sign. Some dishes had been mixed from people using the same spoon for different serving trays, no one seemed to have bothered to clean up several spillages both on the counters and the floor. The worst part for me was seeing two large platters of RAW beef and chicken! Apparently customers are supposed to put them on their plate so the cooks can cook them but I find this to be quite disturbing and definitely some sort of hazard, and just like the other food it had been spilled over the counter top. I considered informing a member of staff but I highly doubt they would have done anything about it.All this aside the rest of the food wasn't up to par in comparison to the O2 Arena branch. The rice tasted under cooked (do not eat the sushi here they are awful) and all foods with sauces are very starchy and you can clearly taste it.If you really want to eat at a Jimmy's I highly recommend you go to another branch and not this one!

Went here for the lunch buffet and enjoyed being able to try all the different ethnic foods all were okay and selection decent, deserts a little less so. Slight wait to get in (frid holiday), there is plenty of space and lots of tables. You can go up as many times as you want but somehow felt they like you to reuse your plate or go up less times because of the plates left on some customers tables. The waiter took drink orders half way through the meal. As soon as we had the last bite they came over with the check. I would go back maybe once every couple of months. For the money it's worth it since there is so much to choose from and if you like buffets you will like this especially if you have children.

I cannot believe how this restaurant ripped off my family and I. We all went out for dinner and sadly we chose this place. I regret having gone there with not only my family with my friends too. it was a Sunday and on their website it says on Sundays they charge £14.99, believing that they will charge each of us £14.99 we went, instead they charged us £16.99 each. When I asked the manager why they overcharged us, he told me because of Mother's day. I told him, it's unfair because it's a Sunday night and on your website it says on Sundays you charge £14.99 for dinner. I then asked him why did you lie on your website, showed him the website on my phone and said you haven't specified it or have removed that false information. The manager was very useless and rude, he said "sorry, I can't do anything about that, you must pay £16.99 per person". I would have punched him on the face that evening, instead controlled my anger, paid the total amount and left with my family. There you go dear readers, I hope you understand that this restaurant is basically a crook and please don't go there if you don't want to get robbed. You can see yourself how they use false information on their website. I have attached a screenshot below:

Another Jimmy's buffet. Tricky to find the location. Not great choice of food compared to other locations. The service was good.

I shall be generous and leave 1 star for the decoration and location of this new restaurant. I sent a review privately to the company with no feedback after months what so ever so I shall leave the same here.In summary:-The food is very salty and spicy, making you very thirsty. £4.50 for a 1L bottle of water is on the expensive side IMO.-All the chefs handle most the food (ex, salads, wings, some meats etc) with bare hands and not to be rude but are very hairy. Hygiene is at the bottom of the list here.-The waiters are not doing their job and are very lazy.-A male waiter tried to persuade us to pay an extra tip by saying they don't charge tax on the food so it's cheap???? Made no sense at all-The On-Line loyalty website is broken and won't let you register-Variety wise, food is so so.-Better off going to an actual restaurant and paying less for what you want.-Total bill for 2 buffet+2 drinks here, Lunch = £25, Dinner = £38

Huge choice available with cuisines from Indian, Mexican, Thai, Japanese, to grilled kebabs and stir fries. For the price don't expect the best tasty, week seasoned food. Not that the food is bland but it's not comparable to ordering dishes off a menu at a specialist cuisine restaurant.Don't bother with the ice cream on offer at the desert bar. It seems to be over powered by to much air pumped into it to have any meaningful taste. Go for the fruits, the small selection of cakes or the waffles instead. Also signing up to the mailing list gets you occasional offers which makes it seem more worthwhile. At £16.99 full price this is over of the more pricier buffets around. Going for lunch Mon-Thus is cheaper but there is also less selection on offer but it's still a decent spread available.

First visit today, after being told it was a great place to eat, by a friends partner. Our party included a 8 month old baby, they have got no microwave to warm the babies food up, it caused a bit of a problem. I found my lamb curry, meat very chewy, had to take out my first bit of lamb and never attempted to eat anymore either. Everything else I eat was really nice, this included a paneer curry which was excellent, and chicken tandoori, kebab meat cooked in tandoori oven good too. My only complaint other than the lamb curry, was the price of soft drinks diet coke £2.80p rip-off. £12.99p Sunday buffet price. Would go back again but maybe stick to the tap water next time, and weekday lunch which is £7.99 only. Food included Mexican, Indian, Chinese, English, Japanese, to name most, which you can mix as the whole place is a buffet, eat as much as you can. The kids will love the desert counter, chocolate fountain with marshmallows, ice cream and cakes.
