Very small and crowded branch but very organized. Staff are kind,service was good and quick, food was fresh so we enjoyed our meal ! They just need someone to check on the tables since they were sticky.

Very disappointed in the level of customer service and the quality of the food. Customer service is terrible, the staff are very unprofessional and untrained. They cant even speak proper English. As for the food quality, It cant be a coincidence that the food I have received is under cooked on 3 different days. Absolutely disappointed, there is no reason to go here not even hunger. Wouldn't even rate it a star but google forced me to!

Usually slow customer service, the food is below average, and they have issues to keep that small shopfloor area clean. Bins are overflowing, trays and rubbish on the table... And we are not talking about that chips... Vile.

Very Disappointed and very poor customer service.Firstly I am big fan of Zinger Burgers 🍔 but I found like they throwing away. Burger was really cold and event not look like Zinger Burger. Staff forget to give drink and then start checking order. We are all human and do mistake but she hand over me drink while her hand was wet.Floor was wet and Restaurant was really dirty.

2 piece meal, and you give me a mini-pini chicken…. Literally a chicken wing, and you know i will not check.Shame on you!

DISGUSTING!! place is a mess.. rubbish everywhere.. like there was afood fight in here or something. Food was manky.. sweet chilli sauce tasted like watered down ketchup. KFC gone down hill. How Brentcross can allow this filth is beyond me. Àvoi avoid!! Go pick or some other ckn place

I ordered KFC through Uber Eats for my colleagues. My 4 pc chickens were missing but when I rang to complain I was referred to Uber Eats. Dreadful customer service to say the least.

Quality and flavour of the chicken is pretty good. Staff are struggling to keep the place tidy despite its smaller floor area compared to the next door shop. Nice decor. Reasonably quick service.06/02/20 place is filthy today
