McDonald's in Brent

Best mcdonalds in London. You can use a self service, the order paper number receipt don't print out, so you got to hope you saw the number before hand.Once you get your food. Its perfectly cold . Just the way us customers like it

Always problems with this restaurant! Ordered via ubereats from Brent Cross, 2/3rds of the order missing, burnt and stale chips and patty, CRAYON on the chips?!?! AND AN APPLE PIE THATS A YEAR OLD?!?

Worst McDonald’s in London. My food was left on the counter for half an hour and went cold because the worker couldn’t shout out the number so one of the customers had to shout them out for her. When I got my food my milkshake tasted sour and I wasn’t given any of the sauces.

In all my years on this earth I’ve never seen a worse McDonald’s. they take ages to prepare the food,they say ur order number once and just leave it at the side a random woman waiting for their order had to do the job for them and they didn’t give any of my friends sauce and the milkshake had barely any milk in it,it’s absolutely disgusting they should sack everyone working there.

They know that they’re based in a shopping mall, they have been for years… yet they always do things madly slow and wrong. I saw them treat other customers so badly it was actually upsetting. this one woman at the til was pointing and shoving her hands all in a customers face when they explained mcdonald’s mistake. she wasn’t having a go at them but it’s just her body language is really rude. if she acted like that to someone else who has no patience with that attitude, there seriously would’ve been a fight.they don’t know how to manage delivery drivers either. i waited 25 minutes for a bacon mayo chicken burger with medium fries, no drink. was quite long. when i sat down with my food, my chips were warm, but not in the ‘freshly cooked way’. it was warm and tasted like it was sitting under a food lamp forever. i work in a restaurant too, so ik for sure it definitely was the case.This place also has a food fly problem and need to clean some tables more please. i lost my appetite

Food was good & so is the team including Manager. Disappointment was for not been able to use McDonald's app to place the order. It was stupidly busy and waiting time was insane. So after placing online order & waiting for 15 mins they told me app is not connecting to our system. We placed order at counter & waited another 15 mins before we could eat.

For at least the last week this restaurant cannot be selected for pick up orders on the app so the app is useless and no free coffee points can be accumulated. The branch know this is an issue but have no idea if it will be fixed on the app. The app is now a waste of time if you use Brent Cross. If the marginal production cost of a free latte is too much for McDonalds, they should not be in business.

Disgusting conditions for preparing food. They use their bare hands after touching god knows what. It's not even about covid anymore, it's about the things that were always present like bacteria salmonella. They should wear gloves at least

I never had problem with this place before. But today..Just received my order via UberEats.Missing both dips I paid extra - they refundedAfter that I started to dig into my food and:No straw for the drinkOnly 3 out of four Cheese dippersMost importantly SENT THE WRONG MCFLURRY!!!

Thought ill try macdonalds after 2 years and what disappointment.Slow service, auto order screen not able to print and felt not enough staff to prepare the food.Staff did not offer source or salt and serviette and my big mac looked it was made by an un supervised trainee.Not eat at any macdonalds for the forseeable future.
