Nandos in Brent

I had a great time at this Nandos with my family. Comfortable seating with enough space for everyone and of course delicious food. Kayden, the waiter for us deserves a raise for the outstanding customer service he delivered. Over all the experience was lovely.

Excellent, delicious 🐔 chickken items are served here. Rates are reasonable. The take utmost care for Cleanliness and hygiene. Wish to visit again

Having placed our order via the Nando’s app, we got our drink witting few minutes, we waited 30 minutes and still no food, we asked the staff of what happened with our order and apparently there was a mixed up in the system. They immediately ask the kitchen to prepare our order.However that’s all about it. The whole chicken was over cooked and the skin was completely burnt and you could smell and taste of the burnt in the chicken. I wouldn’t really go back to this branch as it is usually very busy, crowded and the quality of what we ate was horrible. However as mentioned the waitresses are very nice and professional and I would give them 5 out of 5, but not more than 2 for the food.I personally never had a bad experience like this in any other Nando’s!

Nice and cosy place, brilliant staff. The only minus is they failed to tell us that we could not eat in as the restaurant was closing. But they offered extra food as a good will. Will definitely go back...

I eat in Nando’s a few times per year, and I quite enjoy the nuts as a starter. I ordered some, but unfortunately I was informed just after that they had none left. My Host Roxanna went above and beyond to make sure I had an adequate replacement not once but twice she made sure I didn’t go without. I’ve never had that kind of service at Nando’s. Roxanna is an asset to Nando’s at Brent Cross. She’s awesome! Give that lady a raise! She’s great at her job.

I couldn’t count how many times I come to Nando’s. They are, to me, providing one of the juiciest and tastiest grilled peri-peri chicken.This branch has set a bar of customer service high. All the staff there were so responsive, quickly handling all the customers as well as attentive, monitoring what they can do for customers like they should be there before being asked.Magdy is one of the example. She was so helpful, initiatively helping us to get the spoons (as we ordered a spicy rice). She offered us a take-away box as she saw us left two pieces of chicken on the plate. Well that was not the end. She surprised me and my wife putting the sauce exactly the same with what we had during we ate our lunch.What an excellent customer service!Definitely come back to Nando’s Brent Cross.

We ordered some food for delivery and it arrived quickly but one of the vegetarian dishes was incorrect. Before we had even had a chance to realise we got a call from the store who sent us our whole order out again. It arrived quickly. Thank you for your great service Anita and the team

Worst Nandos I have ever been to. Really was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Do not come here!!!There were 2 of us and they told us the wait was 20 mins, in reality it was over an hour and she kept telling us the table would be ready soon just to keep us in the queue.We got to our table and the waitress told us we can order via app. Annoyingly this function wasnt available/working and this added another 20 mins to our dinner. They also ran out of chicken thigh and half and quarter chicken.My garlic bread also came burnt so I sent it back.Overall we had a terrible experience here, you're better off driving to another Nando's close by.

I do love a good nandos, on some instances I've been left disappointed however not the case here!Located within Brentcross shopping centre, it's perfect to pop in before/after shopping.The chicken was perfectly cooked along with the corn on the cob!5* Would recommend on overall experience 👍🏼

Anna the old lady with oily hair (menager) is The rudest person I’ve ever seen in one “restaurant”.Customer service -0.How come you go to order something and she treats u like u are asking for money and no like you are going there to order a food. Some person need to understand the position if they don’t know how to serve the customer leave! We are paying also for that! 13’ minutes for one pita. And it wasn’t busy!! It was my second time from Nando’s and today will be my last.
