Worst pizza I've eaten till now. I went to hospital for it😡

I order 2 XXL Pizza and ones it's arrived box was looks Xl pizza , I ask driver pizza is wrong size he said call our store. I call store and explain that u sent me wrong size they ask me come to the store and show me, thats not what i paid for delivery which is this days they carge £1.99 for any order . I said I can sent u pizza picture and i what's app one of their member and guess what he said in picture look like XXL pizza, I order always from papa jhon since open at wembley but I feel like they make me fool this time and i have to say good bye forever no more papajohns. If u face this type of experience then take a next step.

If you want a nice pizza...with nice cheese on it..and everything else..get one from papa John's! Don't forget to try the tender chicken breast!

Poor customer service, I live 8 minute drive from this place. The two pizzas I ordered last time came an hour and a half late. I had a call from their rider telling me his waze was having issues (so I told him to use Google maps) maybe I can do his job for him too? Anyway the pizza came cold I called and spoke with the manager, who said next time I could get a pizza free because before the order arrived I asked for a refund. I Ed today and the guy told me I can't get a free pizza because I have to buy one first.. so basically their regular buy one get one free deal. Rubbish. Never ordering again.

Good choice for budget pizza with good taste.

By the time we got our delivery, the pizzas were stone cold and tasteless. Price wise, Papa charges the top pound. Then why not match that with quality and service?

Poor customer service and no care about the quality of food. In the last two deliveries from this store, one of the pizzas was half-burnt and the drink was missing (they never apologised or sent a refund) and in the second delivery they took £32 without placing the order. As a result, I paid for thin air. Plus, the guy on the phone was sarcastic. He said he's going to call his manager to sort it out, but of course never called back. I'm still trying to claim the money back with my bank. Horrible experience.

First time we ordered in November it came nearly 2 hours late. I called to question why the delay and The manager offered a free pizza to prevent a negative review. The free pizza was ordered a fortnight later and arrived with the wrong topings. The third time we ordered they quoted a 2.5 hour delivery time based on limited drivers (excuse explained further below).Today the order was placed shortly after 5pm and still had not arrived at 6.40pm. They said driver was on their way when we called an hour since the order was placed. Asked to speak to the manager, and the gentleman on the phone said that was not policy and would not give manager's name, suggested we write in and put it for the attention for 'The morning manager'.Delivery arrived after 7pm and the driver explained that he had to deliver another order on the otherside of the area, and that orders were doubled up for delivery. So it appears this branch will deliberately delay your order so they can get multiple orders in the same area out in one go. Thats ok if they work fast but clearly it takes them ages to prepare one pizza.Cow boys, consider Dominoes or another papajohns or local takeaway if you are ordering around the wembley area.

Our order arrived after 2,5! Hours Stone cold. Called numerous times been told different stories , pizza is in oven , pizza is with driver or the best excuse saying you have a wrong number on your profile when driver been calling my husband same time I was on phone with store. Shift manager Patel as he introduces him self have to clue how to deal with customers. Thanks for destroying my birthday. Never again.

My order arrived 2 hours after placing it. Phoned many times, but never told the truth as to when it would arrive, or simply hung up on me. Is this how you want to treat your customers?
