Papa John's in Brent

awesome and delicious pizza that i eat in london.staff was very good and they provided very great services.

Great taste, worth a try

Usually really good but today's delivery was just a cluster that just ruined the whole thing. First I order extra sauce, they called me told me they didn't have it, fine I asked for none then and just refund me for the sauce. They didn't they gave me a lot of some other sauce. Fine I could have looked past that, then I got my order I noticed my drink was wrong annoying but I could look past that too, opened my pizza box and my toppings were wrong. At this point I'm heated I call up the store and they argue with me for like 5 mins that it's not wrong we go back and forth I offer to come up to the store just to show him he finally says "meat is meat anyway " so this man knew he was wrong and was gaslighting me about it

Very nice and friendly staff. The place organise and clean. I love their new butter quash base! 👌🏽

So disappointed!I had ordered a vegan pizza ( I wanted to try but it was nothing special really for me ) and buffalo cauliflower wings and they didn’t send the sauce for the wings, I couldn’t eat it just £5.99 gone to the rubbish for the lack of attention in delivery orders. It was my first and last purchase.

The reason for review is that, the customer service of Papa John Pizza is really good, Yasmin is very helpful in choosing pizza that i would like, she even suggested me of whats the best to order. Yasmin is very polite and very good.and of course Pizza is really tasty, fantastic!

I was extremely impressed by the customer service of all of the staff, especially Sofia. Sofia was very helpful, kind and pleasant to speak with. She helped me select the most perfect pizza. She was very friendly and we had a lovely conversation. The pizza was amazing and I will definetly be ordering from here again!

The reason for my review is, after coming in to the store, I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Sofia, she was so amazing and kind helped me pick out a pizza for me and family which they all loved. I would definitely order again due to the amazing experience I was provided with. I would like to return just to give her a tip for her help.

The pizza tasted amazing and there were great deals available that suited me and my family. The customer service was very good as the staff were positive and the manager was especially polite. Can definitely see myself eating from here in the future.

Worst pizza I've ever had. Took an hour and a half to arrive. Was cold. The melted cheese is solid again. Judge for yourself, look at the picture. £20 for that?
