Great atmosphere, great decor and great service. Oh, and the house booze is very reasonably priced, a fiver for a pint of lager and £21 for a very drinkable bottle of white. Haven't tried the food yet (beyond the free popcorn aperitif) but I've heard good things.Definitely recommend as a slightly off the beaten track alternative.

Couldn't fault this for a Sunday Roast. Food was fab, service was impeccable, attentive but not in your face, efficient but with personality - couldn't ask for more. Starters were fresh, interesting, and very moreish. Shared mains platters just made sense, particularly when the meat was cooked that well (pork perfectly crackling crunchy, beef rare and succulent). Kids food was that perfect mix of sophisticated (looked good to us parents) and unfussy reworks of classics that kids love. Company was good, too!

This cozy restaurant pub has left the best impressions! The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Hospitable hosts, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful dessert. I recommend it to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

The setting of the restaurant is very nice.We had the roast platter and it was a great mix of meat ranging from beef over pork to chicken. Portions are perfect for when you’re hungry. There is a well decorated garden in the back of the restaurant. Despite its size the noise level is not too bad as the rooms are nicely separated.

Lovely atmosphere created by a very vibrant team. Food is also incredibly delicious. We had a chestnut hummus starter that was so so good and the roast is dreamy

One of the best brunches you can have in London. Super delicious food. Old pub turned into a very warm and welcoming place. Stuff is excellent. It's definitely worth the visit and be a regular.

We come here on Sundays and bring our dog. We love the food and the atmosphere. The service has always been lovely and their vegetarian options are delicious! A local treasure I am happy to live near.

The roast was overall very good. However the potato were tough, not crispy on the outside and not soft in the middle. Which was very disappointing but hopefully that was just an off day.

What an amazing staff they have. Every single person was so nice and happy to help. Food was great. Absolutely loved the soda bread. I could have had bread and butter all night long. The chicken Kiev was fantastic filled with loads of garlicky butter. The cow pie was also very very tasty.
