Pepes Piri Piri in Brent

the food was great service was alright only thing I would of said was if I had a upto date menu as the prices online were incorrect on the menu I downloaded

The worst costumer service i ever had in whole UK,The guys don’t even know how to behave with costumers. They’re very rude and don’t wanna explain us about the menu,Honestly the chick n rice is very good it’s delicious. But totally disappointed with front staffs and their behaviour they act like they are giving us free foodBossman should take care of this

This is meant to be chicken strips but it was small pieces of chicken niblets with fat and cold dry chips avoid this place. I ordered chicken strip grilled meal which I always do and sorry it was bad like bad chicken ends, and no I wasn't fustrated I was angry had after finishing work and hungry and then getting food like this ended up binning it! Iam regular customer of yours and least I didn't ask for a refund via delivery partner.

I am a regular customer and never had any issues with the food.I ordered for a birthday and no one had issues with the food and it was made on time. In my opinion this is the best branch.

As a dedicated Pepe's customer I was expecting the same quality, standard and freshness as the grilled peri peri chicken.Instead what you sent was poor chicken wings that was so hard, tasteless and l barely ate. But you let them become bad 🤢... poor pepeReally disappointing to say the least!!

Consistently great food.Friendly, helpful and hardworking staff.Gotta give it to the guys down at Kingsbury Pepe’s. I’ve tried many Pepes’ all over the country and this is by far the best one.Never fails to deliver.👏🏻

Shocking service when ordering food for take away a few weeks ago. Man behind the counter was the most miserable person I've seen in a long time. Wasn't helpful at all when we asked for advice. The chicken was okay but would strongly consider ever visiting again after that experience.

Very good and respectful staff.....No time wasting with their food and tasty fries, delicious chickens etc. Yes will definitely go back......thanks you boys !!

Despite having spoken to the staff there once about this, there clearly seems to be nothing done about it.Brought a burrito wrap from there, while eating it started to taste funny, opened the wrap only to found black grill residue inside my wrap which is basically carbon. Check the picture for yourself of what was inside and what i pulled out!!!This stuff is highly dangerous and not to mention carcinogenic in other words “can cause CANCER”.Highly recommend other pepe’s as food quality hygiene is much better.

It was a great experience with there chicken wings and whole chicken, it was awesome experience one of my friend Mr.Powel suggested this place for me, special thanks to him and Pepe's team for a great experience..
