Ordered so many times on Ubereat. First time was perfect! Amazing! Delicious food!! Follow special instructions comes with salad!!!BUT!!!! Then all goes down hill, second order don’t follow instructions, I called manager said apologies and will fix next order takes my name down.AGAIN! Third order even worse! Don’t follow special instructions! Don’t look after me, from previous order! Don’t give salad! Complain to Uber, and nothing write review and no one care!YOU NOT GOING TO BELIEVE ME! AGAIN! Order forth time! Same, don’t follow instructions, do t give salad, messing up dish, called restaurant, lady answered phone no speak English, man talking rude Hang up phone on me, I asking are you the manager? He said no manager there, call tomorrow? What really? I hanging with a wrong food, and that how you deal with issues?! Even the worse scenario you can thinks? Some long hair in the rice!!!! That is sick!!!What should I do now? Complain to Uber? Call credit card? This is ridiculous!I can’t believe the other branches have good reviews, what’s wrong with this one?

I wish I could go for no star, shame it's not possible. Terrible costumer services. They've recently put their price up almost 25% which is not much of a problem but the food quality has gone really down. We've ordered Baghali polo which was horrible. Even the week before we've ordered some kebabs with rice, there was only 4 pieces of meet in each dish. Typical Iranian way of business, starts well and it goes down.😤😤😤😤

I can only repeat the comment below, I have also ordered ghorme ßabzi and it was so watering and tasted aweful! The rice also stank and wasn’t even Persian basmati rice but Jasmin rice! I have also ordered mahi which stank and it was a whole grilled fish, it’s supposed to be salmon with herb BASMATI rice. I didn’t eat the food to avoid food poisoning.

BEWARE OF THIS RESTAURANT!I ordered a vegetarian dish (ghormeh sabzi vegetarian), firstly the dish was all water, just liquid, not saucy how it's meant to be, you can see from the picture. But what's worse, I ordered a vegetarian dish, and though there were no big chunks of meat, I found some meat in mine, which means this was not a separately cooked dish and rather they just took out the meat themselves. How is a place like this open, they should be shut down!

If I could I would rate this restaurant 0 stars. I went out with my family. The service wasn’t bad no complaints about that. The problem arises with the food. Firstly, there was a noticeable hair in my food. I ordered a dolma and the dolma was very runny and melted and it wasn’t fresh felt like it was microwaved. Then I ordered lamb kebab. The lamb was atrocious it was very chewy and hard to cut and cold. There was also another hair in my food! Horrible food quality with expensive prices that isn’t worth it. Avoid if u can!

Ordered from JustEat and had the most frustrating ordering experience. They didn't have an item so replaced it with something I hate without even asking, didn't put naan bread in that was on the order and the portions are overpriced and stingy. This is despite talking to them on the phone but they don't care, after your money only. Order from literally anywhere else but this place for your own sake.

Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!!. Very rude front desk no hello or greeting food was not ready at arrival even when I called and ordered ahead. No one apologized and just said they forgot I have to wait 20 minutes. I complained and the front desk girl gave horrible attitude. I take my money somewhere else. Never again

Rude reception. Ordered food from burnt Oak branch, got told will be ready in 15 minutes . Got there after 20 minutes and still wasn't ready and got told they forgot my order and I have to wait 20 minutes. No apology not even a sorry. Then the reception girl giving me attitude when I complained saying it is what it is !!. Never again

They are so unorganised. I ordered at 13:30, to pick up the food myself. When I went to the restaurant at 14:30 the food was not ready and no one took the responsibility of this delay. The quality of the foot is not very good. And the delivery option is so funny if you order a Kabab koobideh it will be £4.99 to pick it up yourself and if you want to be delivered you must pay £7.99! Meaning £3 extra in each order even if you order more than £30!

The Chef Review: The food was cold, no salad dressing, no somaq (Persian spice for kebab). The quality of food was very poor. Let's say we are happy that there are lots of other Persian restaurants around.
