It's official! 4 pizza connoisseurs have all agreed that Pizza Hut Brentwood offers the best pizza in town with the the fastest and friendliest service! Were a nearby office and sometimes order pizza as a treat for lunch. We've tried them all, but we know where the magic really happens!!The pizzas are always fresh, made to the company standard which has a huge impact on flavour, and the delivery drivers are always so speedy and friendly.This is the best Hut I've used and clearly has a very good team looking after things. Mr Pizza Hut, if you read this, Brentwood are doing a great job and making local businesses very happy indeed!!

Not had a bad experience yet, had about 6/7 separate delivery’s 10/10

Ordered a lot from here during lockdown. They offer a decent size gluten free pizza, but you need to cut it yourself obviously to avoid cross contamination.On the whole, good pizza and hood speed of delivery (unless a football match is on).

Superb experience here at Pizza Hut Brentwood. The manager Jason and his employees are brilliant. Quick delivery and superb food!!

You can get the good taste here if you not expecting a 100% Italian. Better to buy twin pizza. Tuesdays are offer days 😉

Terrible Experience. Ordered online, was told it would be at our office in 30 minutes. 45minutes we called them to be told that the online system does not take into account that they were a driver down. They had my mobile number so could have called us to let us know. 1 hour and 30 minutes later, food still not here. We're now waiting to leave the office with two hungry kids who were promised pizza. Guy on the phone said that the driver isn't picking up and he doesn't know where he is and when/if it will be delivered. I then left with the kids as we had no idea if they were going to eat and it was really late by now. Pizza turned up 2 and a half hours after we ordered. Was refused a refund and was told that we had to contact customer care central team. Don't waste your time. Go to Dominoes. This place and the staff are terrible.

Good food, but if you are hungry order from somewhere else. 30 minute delivery means it will be at least an hour. Plus, delivery drivers dont even hand you the pizza, you have to take it out of their bag yourself. Little touches and service just isn't there. I have no idea how everyone else gets it right but this store never does.

Ordered the pizza at 18:04, managed to ring and finally get through at 18:52 when we were told the pizza was next to go out and just waiting for the delivery driver. After a while tried phoning a few more times but got fed-up and just ran down to the place around 19:20. Was presented with the food, but I asked if it had just been sitting out, if it was cold. I was told it was still hot. It wasn't. Got the sides re-made. Woman eventually apologised. Walked the food back home. It wasn't nice and we ended up with bad stomachs.90 minutes wait for an iffy pizza and sides.... on a Monday....Would not recommend.

Hi early this pizza hut is a JOKE. We have has problems in the past, where they have forgotten part of our order then taken hours to bring the replacement, and they regularly take double the predicted time to deliver despite the fact that we live a 3 minute drive from the hut. Today has been the icing on the cake - they have not bothered to deliver our order at all, would not answer the phone when we called for 20 minites straight, and now the shop is closed! I've always been a pizza hut girl, but honestly I will never be ordering from them again. Disgusting service.
