Pizza Inn in Brent

Average at best. Got pizza and a few extras but just didn’t cut it for me. Bland and not made with passion. Trying to keep my business local but better off to go with a chain to be honest.

Completely terrible service the food is subpar and the wait is way too long. The server more interested in wasting your time then giving you your food. A complete joke of a place m. Avoid at all costs.

Rude staff 0 castumer service and always ask you to go and get cash

When in the area I always go for a pizza and chicken wings. Try it out, you will not be disappointed.

Order a pizza several times here and had very bad experience every time. Everytime I always get so much stomach pain next day. For the price and the quantity it worth it. But for the quality and your health not worth it. So you can either choose like Matrix. One hand cheap pizza and bigger quantity and other hand you got your life health and bad quality.

The quality of pizza has gone down drastically. We bought 2 pizza today thinking that they were like we bought last time but they tasted awful. We could have been served with an old dough or something else.

Admittedly this place isnt much to look at, but the pizzas are very tasty and the prices are reasonable. A lot of people seem to have problems with the delivery, if you can, go and pick up it yourself, you might save some grief.

Order a small regular size pizza but received a small one, no straws available no diet drink available ( even if its on the menu)Staff are very rude with no customer service skills.Will not advise it!!

Pizza Inn Sudbury - 3 times delayed orders after being told 'pizza is coming' but then not updated while standing in shop 20 mins only to discover other customers been waiting longer and another couldnt get cash from 2 cash points and they did nothing to help her where she could go.Unfortunately managers not got the greatest customer service and gets pretty irate when customers just want a little accuracy on wait time.
