PizzaExpress Wembley in Brent

Good food and wasn’t too busy however waitress had her hair in a half up half down hairstyle - not appropriate when serving food. Had to ask 3 different waitresses for the bill, we asked the one that took the order first but she didn’t bring it.

Visited this Pizza Express before watching the match , fantastic experience, food and service was lovely. It turned out we had forgotten to print our entry tickets to Wembley but the staff member went out of his way to help us and saved the day by printing these off for us !!! First class service !! Thank you

Visited the restaurant before a football match. Told waitress time we need to leave. Waited 45 minutes and got no food. Understand they were busy but I was reassured we will get food on time before match. Had to leave with no food. Should've eaten elsewhere. Had a very hungry child. Pathetic service and they were not even apologetic. Will never visit again. Totally put off.

Never got served. Waited for 15 minutes in one section after being seated and no one came over. Then moved to another section and asked the waitress for help. She said, ‘oh, are you ready to order?’ I said yes and waited while reading my book for another 5 minutes and still no one came over. The waitress I spoke to went off to carry on clearing tables! I slowly got my bag ready and coat on, still nothing, despite three waitresses hanging around. I left and no one batted an eyelid.I don’t like leaving poor reviews but just had to comment on this. What a shame because I normally love Pizza Express and had been looking forward to it.

Isabella the waitress was amazing! I asked for a brownie sundae and it was no trouble for chef! Amazing staff. Food was great, came here with my little girl and they made our day.

If I could I would give this pizza express a 0 star. My food was burnt and this is the second time this has happened at this pizza express. I have not had a problem at any other branch. Worst experience. I normally love pizza express do not go to this branch.

Good pizzas 🍕 but had to ask staff several times for dressing & water & the bill 💵

Have been there for the second time and it have been so nice, the service, the food. Sharla was always wonderful with her beautiful smile and good customer service. Definitely I will keep going there.

Service was friendly but a bit slow coming to the table to take our orders. Food was tasty. Free dessert with the voucher was good. Restaurant was cold - could have done with turning up the heating!

Nice ambience. Ame seating place,both inside and outside. Varieties of pizzas, starters, appetisers, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available. Taste is good. Overall a nice experience.
