employeer was shouting at a customer(very unprofessional) made me move my muscles to move a fragile disabled. Thers not toilets, how do i have space to wash hands. There were speaking a foreign language which made me uncomfortable. Thers no space for rubbish

Avoid. I've been going here for years but recently they started using cheaper alternatives (frozen patties for Big boss burger, chips etc.). Customer service was never their strong point and now the foods terrible. Won't be going back.

You are my best roosters and your chicken with sweetpotatoes chips helps me to get through when I need some decent protein and a bit of cheeky carbs lol I know you always extra busy , but you doing your best x

Staff were very rude , AND Chicken wasn’t cooked properly , had to throw it all away , never ever buy or order from this place anymore , DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE , YOU WILL GET SICK

ordered delivery which never arrived waited for almost 2 hours, restaurant said that they will cancel my order as there were no drivers available but they never cancelled my order and its showing as delivered! awful

Called in the store to see if they had coffee, guy hangs up on me. I call again and threatens me saying he's going report my number?? I come in the store and can immediately tell they were lying when I pressed them about it. Typical with their kind, foods good but staff need to learn english.

I work on Cambridge road as an NHS professional and I find the staffs in that branch extremely rude,unprofessional and argumentative with myself and other customers and I believe something needs to be done in terms of customer services…on this day,I had leave the shop and didn’t get my normal lunch pack as I lost all appetite due to their approach,gestures and mannerisms…it’s appalling experience and will never go back to the restaurant.

Their food is clean and tasty. Not a place to really sit down to eat but their take away menu is good. I always get 10 chicken wings which for £4.99 is a good deal and quite tasty however you are better off going there to get your meal as a lot of delivery companies overcharge but food is lovely.worth a visit.

The food is good but I have concerns about the hygiene standards after seeing some guy walk in from the street and enter the kitchen without washing his hands (and wearing his face mask below the nose).It wasn't clear if he was staff, a friend or a relative but none of the staff present told him to wash his hands as the bare minimum.

Worst customer service on the planet !I lived 6 years in area every one shares this about their service,unfortunately i eat there if I'm so hungry as the food is good as I would never eat there unless I'm starving !Staff never greet nor ever smile plus act like they’re a charity or food is free !!!They make you feel ordering from prisoners in a cell.Plus the trays sucks full of scratches plus you need to drop it to the trash bin . seriously !
