Sanzio in Brent

I ve been in Sanzio with my family and we all though the same: food is superb and staff is very gently... I ate frutti di mare pasta and it was amazing with a really big portion!!! Even the steak and the spezzatino was really good. Normal price and limoncello on the house!! Wooow

An absolutely wonderful restaurant - excellent Italian food and some of the nicest staff I've encountered in a long time. The gnocchi with mushrooms and a creamy truffle sauce was absolutely delicious - rich and filled with glorious mushroom flavours. The dessert was an apple crumble - a common enough dish but this was an exceptional one and I absolutely loved it. Very rich and delicately spiced. A very nice house wine complemented it perfectly. This is definitely a place I will be coming back to - such a nice atmosphere and plenty of other interesting things on the menu.

Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, attentive service. Have eaten here four times in the past six months / it’s our ‘local’, a three minute walk from the house. The pasta fruite de mare is outstanding with freshly made linguine and generous amounts of very fresh mussels, prawns and white fish. Steak is also a great choice - recommend their Venetian red wine with both. Restaurant is usually full but booking a day or so before works. If you haven’t booked in advance I recommend you phone the restaurant. Booking after 21:00 is difficult- they’re not a boozy late night venue.

I ordered a Calzone pizza at this restaurant and it was simply disgusting. The dough was tasteless and almost burned outside while the filling instead was raw. It was also served with a dip of tomato sauce that was incredibly cold and tasteless as well. The worst part was actually at the end, when the guy came to the table asking if everything was ok. I explained to him the problem but he started to find excuses and treating me like I didn't know what I was talking about. At this point I explained to him that I am italian, so he tried to convince me that I shouldn't have added the mushrooms, because they couldn't have been cooked properly in a Calzone pizza. When I mentioned to him that I didn't add anything, but simply ordered as it was on the menu (which apparently he didn't know), he tried to blame the oven. It is very disappointing to know some Italian restaurants try to fool customers with weak explanations about the quality of the food, especially to not Italian people. And this restaurant is apparently one of those.

I had dinner a few days ago (a special of the week) at Sanzio, this was the first time I went there. Everyone was extremely kind,friendly,helpful and polite, the guys are 5⭐️,the food was amazing too!

Not sure what to make of this place, food was tasty and came in good time.But not exactly relaxing, arrived at 7:30 was told to order soon as the kitchen was soon closing....8pm on a weds so watch out!Service was good for food and drinks but had the overwhelming feeling from some of the waiting staff they couldn't wait to close up!I guess for Italian near here there are a lot of choices (Elementree) which is a much more welcoming experience!

Very nice and cozy restaurant in the area with the beautiful foods and friendly services. Every time we visited the restaurant , we try the different menus, all dishes was delicious!!

Lovely neighbourhood Italian bistro with friendly staff and reliably good food. The freshly baked garlic bread is a must order, and their specials are well worth trying though they can be on the pricy side (I recently had tagliatelle with scallop and bottarga which was well seasoned and generously portioned).

Amazing hidden gem located near Willsden Green Station. I really enjoyed the food very tasty! the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful we had a lovely lady named Anne who made a great recommendation for my pizza choice as I wanted to try something from my usual! Overall definitely deserve 5 stars and will be returning! On a side note they are also covid friendly lots of airflow through the restaurant and option for alfresco dining out the back! :0)

Delicious food and great service.The venue is very pretty, nice decoration and covid19 safe. The are space between tables. The staff worn a facemask all the time. The staff made our experience nicer, being so friendly and serving fast.Regarding the food, We had calamari, pollo milanese and pasta. It was all tasty and fress. The only thing to improve are the chips, It would be lovely to have hand cut chips.
