Good ambience, good South Indian food, we had Iddli, Masala Dosa and Channa Battoora. The Gobi Manchurian was not upto the mark as it was not properly cooked.A gesture of replacing ordered tea which was not upto the taste we asked for saved them from giving a negative review. The customer complaint was swiftly addressed.

I feel like the taste has been compromised. The place is good to visit once in a while but I would choose any other place over SB if given an option. Otherwise great staff and it's crowded most of the time.

For vegan/vegetarian this is one of the best in london. This is authentic South Indian restaurant but you can get some North Indian dishes too. I love mini idli and spring roll here.

A really authentic experience, canteen style eating. But no meat dishes only vegetarian. Everything I ordered was tasty and full of flavour

Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. I HAVE NEVER experienced such bad service. I ordered food, this is how they packaged the food. When I sent back and asked for another in-tact portion they denied responsibility and argued on the phone and point blank refused a refund. WILL NEVER ORDER from here again. It’s worth taking my money elsewhere.

Fast service and very good quality and tasty food. Never ceases to impress on this. I wish they would up sell or recommend dishes but always rely on the customer. So if you miss something like a drink they won’t mention it. The toilets need regular cleaning and if they could do this well, it would get 5 stars. They need a hook in ladies for bags and coats because the floor is filthy. Bin is always overflowing as hand drier but working. They’d be surprised at increase in returning customers if they just focused a bit on the hygiene behind the scenes. This is what worries me when I see a dirty toilet on most visits.

Reasonable price but always crowded.Fast service and you will never go wrong with their iconic dish- Masala Dosa.If its not too crowded and too noisy- this will be your best place to have true indian pure vegetarian meal.

Had lunch today at this place. Dosa and cholle bhature. The food was really amazing, Mysore masala dosa was melting in the mouth and the sambar was epic. Chole bhature was also good, although the chole was a bit too tangy for my taste. Overall a great experience and will recommend it to anyone looking for great South Indian food.

Don’t order paneer jal frieze, bad experience, it’s better to eat home + poor services + staff says Diwali times you will not get good service…! Strange and rude, unexpected

Great food. Amazing taste and flavourful. We tried Medu Vada, Paneer Dosa, Rawa Dosa, Poori Masala, Jangri (or Jalebi in North India), Rawa Kesari and Masala Tea.The weather was horrible outside however, as soon we got served, it completely changed our mood.Every dish added its own dimension to our experience. The staffs were helpful and refilled the chutneys on request. If you are looking for authentic dishes, don't look further!
