Sham Lounge in Brent

Ive been at this place several times, but this time is surely the last time..Food is ok so is the Shisha, however the reason I am giving them 1 star is the deceiving offers and the poor customer service!!Staff wasn't friendly and spoke to us in an impolite way..I didn't like the fact that if you order food before the end of the offer time however you pay afterwards you pay the original price 🤔...I find it deceiving and bad 👎..Quite sad with these restaurants, they never stick to the standard excepted!

Incredible food, 10/10 service every time I’ve been. If you’re not going for the food, it’s the best place for great atmosphere and shisha. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

Wow...what an amazing find ! Very generous portions of amazing and beautifully tasting food. Not expensive either and with friendly staff and a chilled out atmosphere I'll definitely come back and also recommend to friends.My only complaint was I ate too much !

Best Shisha and amazing food 😋😋😋Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff

Had shisha there , lentil soup, one kunafa (Arabian dissert) orange juice, and tea.The lentil soup: too much water. Not good. If they provided a slice of a lemon it could have added some flavour at least, but they didn't.The shisha: normal quality. Reasonable price for London.Tea: excellent.Orange juice: good.Kunafa: ok (didn't taste fresh, felt like it was microwaved)Then there's the issue of space: place is not big and a few people coming in before you means you will get a cramped place to sit. Obviously weekends are busy.Customer service: good standard.
