Starbucks in Brent

I hate to be negative, and I don’t usually do this, but I think this is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Order size was wrong, and I was going to treat myself to a cookie but the food was covered in small flies. I don’t understand why it’s this bad - understaffed?

Terrible service. Very slow, disorganised, 1 person making coffee and taking payment and the coffee was weak. Was given my £7 change in 14 x 50p coins! Hopeless. Go elsewhere if you want a decent coffee and don't have 20 mins to waste.

So when I make an order I always says what I want I never had with any Starbucks bad experience and this is the first one , staff is not trained , coffe was extremely hot , not feel coffe just a milk is not taste as in others Starbucks , good my sandwich was warm but for those people make a great coffe is level hard

So far wurst starbucks stuff ever. My panini was warm up in plastic bag. Coffee served with no whipped cream.

This has to be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Please would you get more staff and provide better training? The service really isn’t acceptable.

Honestly one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been in, the two women were more interested in having a chat than making anyones drinks… I waited over 10 minutes for a frappachino and I was the only person waiting… gonna feel pretty embarrassed going back to work with a coffee 15 minutes late… never coming again

This place is probably the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to. There’s constantly new staff working and never any consistency. The Manager seems to be too incompetent for their role and is never around when I’ve asked for her. Also the closing time seems to be different every single day, again no consistency. The staff clearly seem stressed and overworked and tired. Something really needs to be sorted out.

I have never been to a Starbucks this bad!!!! horrible service!!! the person prepares your coffee and you have to guess which one is yours. Put them all together on the left. And the social distance???? the coffee is inedible! it looked like it was hot water that washed the machine. We threw away the coffees!!! I'm not coming back for this one!!!! Wembley Brent Center store left much to be desired. Does not follow the same pattern

Terrible worker. - who is wearing a red shirt.She made my coffee wrong and then she made it again. But She didn't even say sorry. She looks like annoying something. After waiting for a long time, I received the new coffee , but the coffee was so cold. When i touch coffee cup- i thought it was like without milk steaming coffee. felt very very bad.
