Super Wok in Brent

Just ordered to a friends house, shame they are not in my delivery area. 12 items ordered and they were all delivered in good time, hot and tested good and fresh. Some additional "on the house" items were also included ! Will be my go to Chinese when in the area.

Quality Chinese food at a stupid low price, I ordered 3 days worth of food for only 45 pounds.

First time ordering with Super Wok. Last minute, late night resort. Missing items when delivered and they didn't answer the call when I called to query this with them. First and last time ordering here

Honestly the best Chinese takeaway. At first i ordered from another superwok and was very disappointed but I saw this Superwok (Kingsbury) and thought let me give it a try. It’s been my number one favourite ever since. The owners and employees are so polite and always help me with my questions everytime I call to ask about specific meals. Also they really help you to pick the right meal, even though they are probably very busy they always have time to help me with my order or questions on the phone.LOVE THE BBQ RIBS, SHRIMP/PRAWN FRIED RICE, SWEET AND SOUR PORK AND THE ROAST DUCK AND VEGETABLES 😍😍😍😍And that’s everything I’ve tried, not one disappointment.My partner and I’s go to!10/10

The chicken and mushroom soup wasn't what I expected. The house special fried rice was nice but to much onion. The chicken balls and the prawn were nice.

The foods not the best frm here and the lady behind the desk is very rude and has no manners!! Need to go on customer service skill training I think! Definitely 1 star frm me

I've ordered from this places many times in the past, however after the service I have received today I can honestly say I will never order from here again.Not only is the person who I spoke to completely rude and mannerless, she didnt even apologise for my order taking an hour and a half to be delivered despite me being 5 mins away from the place!! Food arrived stone cold and my order was WRONG!! Absolutely shocking!!!!

One star cause we've ordered from here many times and it's always tasted good. 2nd star delivery service quick, today we ordered and the Thai Red curry was very bad too much turmeric power did not taste good at all. Chow main was fine, egg rich not the same and the chicken satay used to be also nice but definitely change of chef or just change of ingredients.Thank you for many years of service but want be ordering from here again.

A little confusion with the address (my fault) but I phoned them up and the person in charge of customer service was very understanding and nice. They quickly delivered the food and also was very good. First time but I'll definitely come back. Thanks again for your service tonight :)

Ordered food and it never came, called after an hour and told the driver arrived but we know that didn’t happen as we were in all evening waiting. No apologies nothing. Awful service, rude on the phone. Ended up driving to oriental express, where there were nice and the food was lovely! Never ordering from here again.
