TGI Friday in Brent

Great cocktails...varied menu..male servers are better trained to host patrons and deliver customer service. Female staff much preferring to turn customer/business away than accommodate staff. The experience ended well thanks to committed staff.

Went with a friend with an allergy the waiter got the manager over for the order and the first question he asked was how much do you have to eat before you get ill? Didn’t know what was separate and how it was cooked instead of going to the kitchen to ask went and put our order through without checking after telling us he didn’t know if the oil or the grill was contaminated. Ridiculous management don’t know the allergen process especially speaking to people who work in the hospitality industry.

Decent food, great cocktails. Good service and ambience.

Manager Rosie and her team gave a great service and were constantly making sure my neice and nephews were ok during this busy period.I think they should be rewarded with a night out on TGI 😎

While the food was actually really nice and filling. When we arrived, we had to wait at the front for ages to be seated, had to actually start walking to a seat before a staff member came to approach us. Once seated no one came with menus or to put cutlery. Had to search for a member of staff to ask for them again waited ages. Service was really slowly and it wasn't busy. Only half the restaurant if that so I don't get why the service was so SLOW AND POOR. Food and drink was nice but the service really put me off.

Took 40 mins to take our order , food was nice but service very poor. Dirty fork and plate was given. Our appetiser plates were not taken when our mains came therefore leaving limited room on the table and a bad atmosphere.

Great place for eating out. Special kids menu, bar, veg dishes and non veg also. Starters are also delicious 😋. Big in space and sitting arrangement.

We went to TGI straight to the bar to have some drinks and what an awesome 👌 experience we had. We were served by Hesa who was 5* super friendly and helped us choosing the perfect drink. At the end we ask for some shots and we was kind enough to give us a tequila and a special shot that was his own recipe 😁. Thank you Hesa you are 5*.

First time here. After being forced to wait for too long, I ordered the new 'To Vegan And Beyond' burger and fries. What I was expecting: 'The Beyond® burger plant based patty, grilled flat cap mushroom, smoked applewood vegan cheese and vegan mayo. Served on a vegan bun with lettuce, tomato, pickled red onions and truffle & garlic vegan aioli'The photo shows what I got. I sent it back, it returned in a better state but without any visible mayo and no truffle & garlic aioli. Turns out they were out of the latter, which they should have mentioned in case I decided on something else instead. Taste was good, portion size disappointing for the price. Service was too slow, I spent too much time looking for my waiter. This is my first and last visit to TGI Fridays.

I like TGI Fridays, the burger was fresh but not so big as I imagine. The stuff was very polite and nice, always with a big smile on their face. I like the indoor design. Only 4/5 stars because I wanna go back and take another dish and maybe I ll find somenthing more on my taste.
