If you want to go there for drinks, definitely great place. The staff is very polite and nice. Food was very bad. We took Sunday roast and it was big disappointment.

Very disappointed with the service. Never going back. We went on Saturday night with a group of friends (8) to have a meal and a we had a terrible experience. The place was not half full and they had 3 waitresses , the 3 of them stood chatting by the bar where they can’t see the dinning area so we waited fora long time until someone finally came to take our order. We ordered our drinks and our meals and it took 1 HOUR! for the food to arrive. When it finally arrived some of it was BURNT (the onion rings) and 2 other meals were missing which NEVER arrived. At the time to pay we asked if we could pay separately (which shouldn’t be a problem as you can do that everywhere) the waitress said Yes and asked us how much individually (she didn’t calculate it) so we had to calculate each how much to pay , which we did, when we all paid the bill she complained saying there were still £5 still needing to be paid. We doubled check on how much we paid and said we had paid for everything but she kept saying that there were still 5 pounds missing. When we asked what were those 5 pounds for she couldn’t even tell us as she hasn’t been checking it or scratching out what has been paid and what not (basically not doing her job) . I’m still sure we paid for it but she wouldn’t let it go so we ended up paying the extra £5 (after 10 minutes of hassle)I have to say (after 15 years of experience in hospitality) after such TERRIBLE service and realising how many mistakes they have done, she should have let it go, actually they should have given us a discount for such bad service and an apology, and the whole experience would have been much better. Instead not letting us go for £5 after we paid over £100 of food and drinks and not having had our full meal delivered.. it’s just appalling . It’s a shame because the place is local and I used to go there for a drink and liked it a lot but they really should have a better staff and management to make sure this terrible treatment doesn’t happen again.Sadly I’m never coming back or recommend it again.

Decent pub, service was a bit on the slow side but everyone was very friendly and the food was great

Lovely building and staff, shame about the vibe and beer.BEER: I love a good pub, the Queensbury sadly doesn't meets that mark. Even the basics, such as a humble pint is not executed well. I tried three different pints an Asahi, San Miguel and a Staropramen - all tasted below par. The Asahi tasted sickly, Staropramen had a tinge of almost acidic cleaning products and the San Mig, the most tolerable, tasted old and off. I settled for a bottle of Corona which is hard to get wrong ...and in fairness the lime was cut exceptionally.VIBE: Fantastic building inside and out, but a mixture of conflicting vibes... For example, a strobe light Christmas tree, candles, dance music with the televisions playing Coronation Street in the background. I'm an advocate of trying something new or a bit different, but this is ridiculous.STAFF: All seemed nice enough and broadly agreed that some of the beers weren't top standard. They provided assurance that none of the beers were off and the barrels changed regularly.FOOD: Based on the beer, we didn't bother trying anything.SUMMARY: I REALLY want this pub to be good. I'm a local, love a pint and very rarely reject a pint or don't give my local pub business. Please please improve your pints! X

Massive outdoor space at the front and back. The garden has been done really well with coverings, heat lamps and nice lighting. The staff here were all really friendly, all seemed upbeat and were really good at coming over to the table at the right time for drinks orders. They were going a great job with social distancing and following covid rules.Prices were all reasonable for drinks.Cocktails were a bit sub par but it's fair enough for a pub.The biggest letdown was the food, it was atrocious, probably the worst burger I have ever had in a pub and for the price I would expect something of better quality.I would come back again for a drink because I think it's a great spot, great staff and they have done it out really well outside. Will eat beforehand next time though.

£16 for this burger (inc service charge)... Described as in a brioche bun on the menu... I really really want this pub to succeed as the staff are lovely, beer is decent, and, it's my local! But felt taken advantage of this evening paying more £65 for two of these burger meals, 3 beers and 2 mulled wines. Had some great meals there in the past so hoping this is a blip, but won't be encouraging friends to go there until back on track

Only good things to say about this place, the location is great, easy access from the train station, just turn left and across the street you will see the pub. Great vibe, spent like 3 hours having some beers and some food, its really nice to deal with their staff, prices vary but decent for what you get. I higly recommend this place.Inside there is plenty of space and restrooms are big(and very clean). If i want to go back? Yes for sure.Paid for a pint of Cheftain £5.1, a great portion of chips with sauces served at the table is £4.Huge terrace, chill inside just in case it gets super hot outside, only advantages.Weekend they have plenty of events and this is definitely something that i will join.Hope this heps guys!

So delicious. Had a fine selection of meals and all had been fantastic. The sunday jazz music added to a perfect evening. Hope to return during our last holidays for another time. Thanks to the lovely staff.

Tuesday Taco Night. Nice pub with real fire place. Cosy and rustic. Perfect pub for the winter with 3 outdoor gas patio heaters. Can enjoy a nice cold pint outside without feeling cold!

My local pub in Willesden Green! Lovely place - highly recommend. The Sunday roast is also great, but the Yorkshire pudding was burnt. Happy to return.
