The Urban Chocolatier in Brent

I'm not a massive dessert person, but this was very tasty! If you're eating in, they bring the menu to you, but then you order at the counter which I thought was a little odd. But staff were very friendly and service was great. I would come back.

Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff and the manager are super friendly and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. It's definitely not like other expensive restaurants.crazy for brownie sizzler,and some time they allowed to eat after there schedule time and also gives good offer and special deals for customers 😃 😊 😊 🤪 😜 🤪

I stopped coming here a few years ago despite enjoying their cookie dough... Previous staff were rude and unprofessional. Since the new management, Nikheel and Nicki this is definitely a must visit! The best cookie dough I've had! Cookie dough mugshot is 10/10

Awesome Gelato’s and Sundae’s…. Definitely recommend Pistachio, Oreo and Raspberry Flavors.Nikhil and the whole staff is kind and calm. Place is open till 1 am here in Wembley. Great place to catchup with your friends…

Nikhil the Assistant Manager provided outstanding customer service skills and presentation skills in our desserts. He took his time to make our desserts very tasty and made sure the presentation was outstanding! A very good sense of humour, who made sure we left happy! All the best for the future!

Was a decent experience however, water was accidentally tipped by the server, although tissues were offered they did not clean the table, also offer anything to provide anything complimentary to say sorry. I feel the staff work hard and are very busy.Also I noticed no masks being worn in the server unfortunately, despite the Covid measures.Nevertheless, the food was great.

I went to Urban Chocolatier last night and had an amazing Kinder Bueno waffle. I also received fabulous customer service from Chef Nick, who was incredibly helpful and polite.Edit: I went there a second time and had a very yummy Kinder Bueno milkshake! Chef Nick once again provided excellent customer service with his speedy and impeccable service! He even made sure to fill my milkshake with an expensive, rich white chocolate filling... 🍫😋

The food is expensive but I’d still order and recommend this place as the food is delicious. The place is amazing as it is not only very clean, but decorated well. The time taken to be served is very quick and the food doesn’t take too long for what they’re making. The staff are helpful and give tasters.
