Great meal before concert. we were served promptly by our waitress and food came quickly and was delicious. absolutely recommended 👌

Enjoyed our meal & staff very attentive

The first time we came, we had pizza which was very good. This week, it was really awful. For appetizer we had calamari which tasted disgusting because of the cooking oil. Then we tried sea bass and slow cooked beef. The side dish of sweet potato fries was not good, like the calamari, taste of cooking oil. The sea bass was too fried.Moreover the restaurant is dirty, see the picture of the high chair.To top it off, the waitress was calling on her smartphone and didn't even hang up to come and place an order.This is the last time we will come.

The starters were nice and when the main came in I found 2 hair strands in it. I ordered carbonara.When I informed the staff members they just said no one works here with that hair colour. They were very dismissive.Absolutely disgusting. I only saw it when I already had some of the pasta as well.

went to Zizzi the Mains came before startersthe mains dish was Cold but the actual plate served on was warm.for Dessert I was waiting to be served wait for 40min then I went to order it in person to them .waiting to pay had to go and tell them that we want to pay . I feel we should have not paid for it . but we it . will not go again.

Good food, nice staff, welcoming atmosphere. Wasn't busy at all around dinnertime. Appreciated the free snacks and the app, making ordering much smoother.

Honestly the best pizza I had in London. Most places serve bland pizzas with barely any toppings (or just boring ones) but not Zizzi. I think it's way better than Prezzo and Pizza Express. I'll definitely come back in the future.

Exceptional.Of all the "Italian" chains we've visited Zizzi is the best and the Wembley branch was the pick of the bunch! Lovely decor, amazing food and drinks menu, deliciously pulled off. And the staff...everyone from the waitress to the chefswe're delightful. Highly recommended.

Food was good as always. The servers were very polite and friendly. Not too busy inside and large portions of food for the price.

The restaurant itself was like any zizzi’s. Fast service with the app, complementary snacks and a really well labelled gluten free menu.
