Absolutely terrible service can't even call as it seems they have taken the phone of the hook. NO FOOD but they took my Money...do not order from here, I certainly will not ever order from here again!!

Abysmal service! I placed an order through JustEat UK at 7:15 PM, and the estimated delivery was supposed to be at 8:20PM. At 8:30 I called the restaurant, and the manager told me, because the delivery was too far, I will not be served.Then he agrees to send the order anyways and be delivered in 15-20 min.A 45 minutes later I call again and the manager tells me, he is just dispatching the order, and it will take another 15 min to get delivered.The delivery took place at 9:30 PM.Awful experience! They have the audacity to accept online orders, which have no intention to serve, neither have intention to call the customer and let them know that they should take care of their dinner through another vendor.I strongly recommend everyone to steer clear from this place!As much as I try to support my local business community - no restaurant should not do business this way!

Walked in to order a takeaway, only to be told once food is ready that it is cash only... not near a cash machine and no other option but to leave empty handed and hungry. Secondly, the manager or more likely owner berating his staff in front of customers set a bad tone from the offset. The staff and griller were nice enough once he left to deliver food. This would not have been worth mentioning on its own. Sorry guys- not a great experience this eve and don’t think I’ll be back.

Horrendous recieved 35% of our order.Our chicken kebab the only one that did arrive was raw.(RAW CHICKEN)My son never recieved half of his meal.All on my finances birthday I might add.When contacted was told they will deliver tomorrow as they are going home.Avoid in my own personal opion never again

I dont usually write reviews, but feel it's very important that I make people aware to never order a kebab or any food in fact from this restaurant. This is the worst kebab I've ever eaten. It was inedible. I wouldn't feed it to my.dog. The chips are probably the worst chips I've ever eaten too. This place should be closed down. PLEASE DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!

Absolutely disgusting, not just the food but the customer service as well. We ordered over £30 worth of food as we had friends over and straight over ordering via JustEat it was delayed by 15 minutes which wasn’t an issue as such but that then turned into an additional 30 minutes so it was 45 minutes late. I called and got fobbed off. When it finally arrived there was no apology or anything and the food was cold, the burgers were ice cold and so were the chips. The kebabs were cold too and the meat was incredibly pale and undercooked, we just couldn’t eat it so I called them back.The guy I spoke to kind of laughed and then passed me on to someone else who talked over me to say my delivery was on its way, so I explained again the problem and he offered for the driver to come back and pick up the cold food which was weird - were they going to resell it to someone else? Grim prospect. The food inspector should check this place out, so disgusting!But then he said he couldn’t give me a refund and to call the boss on his mobile to sort it out, the phone was switched off and I had to leave a message. He never called me back.I will never order from this place ever again, JustEat were equally unhelpful too and it took me nearly 40 minutes to get a partial refund.

Lamb Shish and Chicken Shish Kebab was mouth watering. Lamb was tender and perfectly blended with spice. Chilli and Garlic Sauce also helped this place being the best out of all the other Kebab shops around. My full score and support to them. 5 star for sure.

Honestly the worst experience I've had. Our food finally turned up after 2 hours of placing the order and was stone cold. The delivery driver tried to blame it on being a salad even though all the food we ordered was supposed to be hot. After hearing the answering machine several times we simply gave up trying to contact them and refused to accept the food as I'm not going to waste money on something I wouldn't even give to my dog. If you're looking for decent food and somewhere that won't waste your time I would strongly suggest finding another restaurant

Awful. Food was nearly two hours. When it did arrive, I was assured by the delivery man my order was still hot. It wasn't! We called up for answers and they replied and said they would resend a fresh order first priority on the house. It never arrived and we received no more contact from them. Never buying from there again! I doubt they will respond to this post either. Order from elsewhere!
