Been using them for years now, always reliable, foods decent enough

The packaging has changed and it is just awful. Bread was stone cold and hard. We know not to have a kebab from here again.

Fast delivery and awesome food. These guys hit the spot. And it is called big portion for a reason, man, these guys do the job ;)

Made a order on uber eats waited 35 minutes for delivery when it arrived was missing x2 kebabs and a portion of chips so contacted big portion by phone to be told no problem we will redeliver your order then to look on uber eats 5 minutes later big portion decided to cancel the order i then phoned back big portion to ask if they canceled the order all i got was err yes. Maybe get your orders right rather then mess people around

Its a joke Big portion pay for large kebab coming with not fresh meat and its only 5pcs meat,avoid

Lamb and chicken shish kebabs are always good keep away from the pizzas

The worst kebab ever! And I have had many. It's called big portion for nothing. Got my kebab lamb shish with only 5 small pieces of lamb which were very chewy. Don't know how you can mess up a kebab. Must have taken a special effort. Then the salad was bitter. Not sure what they poured in there. Then the whole thing had this brown watery liquid leaking every where. The kebab had button mushroom. Button mushroom. Boiled! AND RED PEPPER! I swear Heston must half had the night shift there. And this huge tomato cut in half and grilled. I picked up and looked at these ingredients and decided that even though they charged me £15 I wasn't going to eat any of it. It included the chicken wings. Which are basically those frozen Iceland battered wings which they just deep fried. Nothing but hard outer casing and grey looking chicken inside. Bought a pizza from Papajohns instead. Could have saved myself 15 quid. Money down the drain. Stay clear of Big Portion. Waste of money

Today ordered kebabwrap with paying for eatra salard too??. when I unwrapped it there was VERY LITTLE MAET!!. and salad that I payed a £1extra and got the same there too!?? so if you want to be cheated out of your money then please come to this place or on a diet you'll get smaller then a child's portion there 😡🤬😡

Have been using the Big portion for many years now and can honestly say we have never had a bad experience. We generally opt for the mixed chicken and doner... Always good value and freshly cooked with generous salad on the side. Pizzas are good value too at £12.00 for any two , any size.. I'm pretty sure they have 5 stars with the Food standards agency and if you visit you will always see one of the staff cleaning the surfaces etc... Recently we had a family gathering and I ordered a varied array of pzzas , kebabs , chicken nuggets and burgers. The delivery was prompt and food still pretty fresh and hot. I would thoroughly recommend the Big portion

Thought I'd try this place after the fantastic reviews.They do not accept card, which is weird in this day and age, especially when there is no cash point near by. So bring cash for collection or order from just eat. Kebabs are any two combined for 8.50, so I got donner and sish. Was alright though, however I felt it was nothing special, pretty average, I wouldn't make the trip from anywhere special if you have another kebab place close by.
