Branching Out in Bromley

When I first entered I Was asked to if I could eat within 20 mins, which at first I did not pay any mind to, however when other people who were already eating before me were still there after I'd finished eating, I then realised that I was being targeted as I was the only black person in the establishment. My order was taken but the waiter had no clue who the food was for, so by the time it finally came the food was cold. I've previously been here before and never experienced such terrible service. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING after todays incident you have lost a valuable customer.

Friendly service and best of all..delicious cakes!! Sat outside today with a glass of wine and looking forward to another visit VERY soon. Thank you!!

Lovely place for lunch. We visited about 1:15pm on a Sunday (they close at 2pm) but were made to feel very welcome. Had fantastic lunch & drinks & will definitely be back very soon!

Very nice coffee shop and florist (love that combination). Just got a quick take away coffee which was very good, they happily used our reusable cups and it was a great price.

Good food and very friendly staff. Love going there and always have nice bits to sell from their shop.

Love this place! It used to be two shops as one massive florist /garden place but now one shop is a garden place and the other a coffee shop with the most delicious desserts you could possibly get! Easy free parking also.

Very friendly, welcoming staff, lovely coffee and snack, perfect location. I took my elderly aunt here for a light lunch; it was easy to park outside and drop off, and we sat outside in the sun; it was wonderful sitting amongst the flowers and plants. Everyone working there was so helpful and cheerful, the coffee and ciabatta were perfect.

Used the florist for our Dad's funeral flowers. Service was just lovely - ladies were very empathetic to our wishes. One more traditional for the top of the coffin and one bright and contemporary. The bouquet I brought home and am still enjoying some of them now, 2 months later. Absolutely recommend Branching Out Florist Thank you

It is so great to have such a great tea room near by. I absolutely love good old fashioned British food like hearty soups, proper cakes and other treats so it was wonderful to be introduced to Branching Out. The surroundings of the cafe and shop are really well decorated with shabby chic home accessories, high end home fragrances and of course the flowers. The staff here are extremely friendly. I had a great first visit.
