Burger King in Bromley

I don't usually eat fast food and now I remember why. The special Argentinian burger was burnt and disgusting and the cheese was some rubbery rubbish. Why put a picture of something that looks nice and serve food that looks and tastes like s h I t. Why people are obsessed over this cr p is beyond me.

I've ordered a cheese whopper meal twice from the Bromley branch, last week and 2 meals today. Today the cold bun just crumbled away when I was eating as did my mother's, we had to pick at the burger rather than bite into it. I'm sure it would not do this if it were slightly toasted. I won't be eating here again, it's ridiculous what you charge for cold food

I took my disabled wife here for dinner, as we were visiting the nearby theatre. My lovely wife is also coeliac, so I ordered her a small cheese burger without a bun. It arrived without a bun and without a burgher. Just a huge dollop of mustard, some ketchup, small piece of gherkin and cheese..... It looked like a dogs dinner...... a burger was found and literally thrown in.I asked for cutlery, so that my wife could eat her dinner and was told there would be a delivery on Tuesday..... I kid you not.I did ask for a spoon and one was found. Hardly anyone seemed bothered or interested. One person, serving me, trying their best and 5 others shrugging their shoulders. If anywhere else nearby had been open or serving gf food and we would have gone there. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

The place look really run down. Lady serving constantly coughing. Servimg the food with the same hands. Expect a lot better from Burger King to train their staff properly.

Staff on counter obviously missed the customer service training, food, half of it warm the other half cold, toilets were in a filthy state, won't be going back.

Slow and always mistakes. Every time I come here something goes wrong. Last time they messed up my take away order, today I ate in, I was served straight away and waited quite long for the food (isn't it supposed to be fast food?) and mistakes again. No cheese in the burger. I asked for replacement, they said 2 minutes and after 10 I had to go and ask again (the burger was ready but the lady at the counter forgot about it and she left it sitting in there.Not sure who manages this place but I believe there is only 1 person preparing all the burgers, there were quite few people waiting for food and it wasn't really busy.Not going back again, it's not even cheaper anymore

I'm not a fast food fan but when hungry and in need of a hot meal in a hurry, we stopped here and found it clean, uncrowded and the food was surprisingly tasty, so if you're looking for a speedy meal in Bromley I'd recommend it. But I was disappointed that they no longer do the yummy beanburgers they used to do.

Average burger king. It is what it is but every time I order a burger the pictures clearly show a slice of cheese in between the burgers but it is NEVER served like that. Don't know if it's the management trying to save on food cost or if it's the burger king product recipe but I always leave feeling a little cheated. For me it's a trade description issue to misrepresent your products like that.

Great place to get away from the wife and kids as they go on a shopping spree. Be sure to ask for a receipt, toilets are for paying customers only. They don’t tell you. #BURGERWARRIOR

Extremely dirty, toilets are filthy and you need the code on receipt to be able to use them. As for the food the burger bun fell apart in my hands both times I've been. Disappointed as I do like burger King now and again won't be returning to this joint
