Burger King in Bromley

Well. Where do I start. First off. Milkshake machine is still out of order. Been like that for at least 6 months. No orange juice. No bottle water. So forced to have tea as I don't drink fizzy. With a Meal deal. No Mayo. Last time tried to charge. Nothing to take your tea bag out. Place e is a complete joke. Avoid like the plague if you want cold burgers

I absolutely love Burger King. 🍔 I think they're burgers are next to none but lately the burgers seem to be getting smaller abs smaller and they aren't cheap. We orders the double melt meal and my daughter and I was gobsmacked at how small the burgers were for that cost. They didn't match the photos and were somewhat dry. I was very disappointed with the size for a £4.99 meal for a tiny burger, fries and drink.Toilets are absolutely atrocious and not fir for public use. The restaurant was empty at lunch time which isn't good.I think for such a busy high street if the restaurant got a revamp, staff got some more training, bathroom refurbished they would attract alot more people.It's not cheap and the service and the food is disappointing which makes it worst though burger King is usually a great brand I think this store has sorelt them the brand down.

Food is typical BK. Service was slower than usual. No device to order your food like McD so had to wait in line to get served at till. Staff were nice.The interior of this branch needs a good lick of pain. Interior looks a bit run down and outdated. Not too many ppl dining in so plenty of space.

Food really hot and kids love their burgers. Service leaves alot to be desired. Wasn't given all items ordered, they said I hadn't ordered other items. Charged me for missing items. When I eventually got receipt off them, I had ordered all items and paid. Getting money back off them, for items I'd paid twice for, was like getting blood out of a stone.

Burger king has basic food for a affordable price but the decor is lacking aswell as the light as it can fell very dim of you sit further inside

I don’t usually do negative reviews, but I think this warranted a steer clear sign. Probably best to avoid this branch.The place was rather empty even though many other restaurants were packed for lunch. That should have been a red flag but I assumed that it just cost more than the McDonald’s down the road. Second red flag, a half eaten burger was tossed on a table all over the place. Third red flag, even as I came to the empty cashier and tried to get my order in, the staff were laughing and talking amongst themselves just behind in full view. There were only 2 of us waiting but it was odd that it took them a good while before they came and take our order. Even as I got my food and found a relatively clean table, it was obvious that it probably hadn’t had a good cleaning in some time. Finally, I think the whopper tasted a little funny, but I hadn’t had one in a long time and thought I just don’t remember the taste. Finally, I got a stomach ache soon after eating there.It was only after eating there and thinking back to my experience did I realise I shouldn’t have come here. I’ll definitely find somewhere else next time.

I've ordered a cheese whopper meal twice from the Bromley branch, last week and 2 meals today. Today the cold bun just crumbled away when I was eating as did my mother's, we had to pick at the burger rather than bite into it. I'm sure it would not do this if it were slightly toasted. I won't be eating here again, it's ridiculous what you charge for cold food

I took my disabled wife here for dinner, as we were visiting the nearby theatre. My lovely wife is also coeliac, so I ordered her a small cheese burger without a bun. It arrived without a bun and without a burgher. Just a huge dollop of mustard, some ketchup, small piece of gherkin and cheese..... It looked like a dogs dinner...... a burger was found and literally thrown in.I asked for cutlery, so that my wife could eat her dinner and was told there would be a delivery on Tuesday..... I kid you not.I did ask for a spoon and one was found. Hardly anyone seemed bothered or interested. One person, serving me, trying their best and 5 others shrugging their shoulders. If anywhere else nearby had been open or serving gf food and we would have gone there. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Staff on counter obviously missed the customer service training, food, half of it warm the other half cold, toilets were in a filthy state, won't be going back.

Great place to get away from the wife and kids as they go on a shopping spree. Be sure to ask for a receipt, toilets are for paying customers only. They don’t tell you. #BURGERWARRIOR
