Good service and very pretty food

Lovely venue. Friendly staff. I think this will be a monthly visit for me. Food is fine dining at a reasonable price

Very good. Food lovely & staff attentive. They wore masks & tables were suitably distanced. Good choice of food on lunchtime menu although I thought it was quite dear. We had a nice bottle of wine but at £40 thought it a little overpriced.

Sunday lunch food was excellent great value great service will be going again soon

Had a great experience they were very attentive and made us feel welcomed. The food was to die for loved everything I ordered .

Visited last night Friday for our usual Christmas meal out. The restaurant is perfect with social distanced tables. Our waiter was superb and very knowledgeable about the menu. The set meal was £51.95 per head and included some lovely dishes. We opted for the fillet steak which was melt in the mouth tender. The Christmas pudding was amazing. In all we had a fantastic meal with bubbles etc. the whole bill was £187 which was a tad expensive but hey we only do it once a year.

I had pre Xmas Sunday lunch here with my family, the food was amazing compliments to the chef! Staff were attentive ans looked after us extremely well. Great ambiance lovely Xmas decor and overall good time had by all, will definitely go back.

Mouth watering dishes .impeccable service. Attentive service. A birthday treat to remember . Arrive early as gets very busy.

Have visited the restaurant on a number of occasions over the years, usually for celebrations, and have always found it adequate but perhaps not justifying the high prices. My starter was bland and the ravioli was not quite cooked and the other courses, whilst perfectly fine, did contain some odd food combinations. However, it was small things that jarred a bit: no one topping up your water, waiter rearranging the empty butter dish but not offering more, not providing a serving spoon (telling us to use our fork). Service was reasonable and people were friendly without being effusive. We had a pleasant time but it will not stand out as a memorable evening, although providing one guest with a mini-birthday cake was appreciated.

Six of us dined here for a special occasion yesterday evening.It was the first time for us and certainly won't be the last. Food and service was top class. Our waiter was attentive and very professional. When booking I was a little hesitant about being seated on the terrace as there was no room in the dining area. Shortly after being seated the person who I had spoken to on the phone to secure the booking came to our table to check that we were happy with the seating. Thank you for taking the care to ensure your customers were comfortable. Much appreciated! Excellent food, excellent service, we will return!
