Was starving so decided to order from here ,worst mistake, I felt like crying ,you know when you look forward to something so much but end up disappointed this kebab shop will do that to you

Ordered a 10 incher which is what I want. Got 8 incher - itz not enough - I paid £23 for ten incher to fill me up innit

Below average food, rude staff, dirty shop. Enough said

Got 2 orders wrong despite both having been very clearly specified. When I contacted them, they didn't correct it. Disappointing service

Brilliant Place, I will recommend more people come here. The food was on point, portion size brilliant, and the owner is really nice and very friendly. I will definitely come back to this place. 👍👍

ordered a quarter pounder and cheesy chips which cost me £9 and the cheese was rubbery and didn’t taste of anything and the burger was dry with no flavour, i also found a curly black hair in my chips, friendly service but the food quality was poor

£9.50 for a large kebab? So expensive it's not funny. Grotty dirty shop. Rang up so I didnt have to wait told me 10 mins, turned up only to have to wait another 10 mins. Never going back.

Delivery was quick and the food was delicious. I 100% recommend this shop if you are looking for cheap and tasty kebab. Worth every penny

I use this place a lot, however have just had such a disappointing experience I sadly won't be using again. I placed an order, 2 items were correct. I also asked for a mixed kebab with rice rather than pitta and with garlic sauce. I got the most unappetising dry kebab in pitta i have ever seen. I called and was advised they couldn't do it with rice as there is an additional charge. I said usually a place phones a customer and tells them so they can change the order or are aware. They said they're too busy to call, so just send out what they think or what is standard on the menu! They also claimed there was no request for garlic sauce, even though I ticked this option. My issue isn't with the order being incorrect, its the attitude and the way they dealt with it. Sad to have to stop using as the food is usually perfect, but customer service is important to me and they obviously don't particularly care about happy customers.
